Bright, large corner townhouse with beautiful views of Baldy. Walk to skiing and store skis/boots in private garage. Conveniently located walking distance to skiing and downtown Ketchum restaurants. Condo is comfortable with gas fireplace, ski storage in garage, fully stocked kitchen, children’s games, bunkbeds, washer dryer/soaps, full garage and bikes available.

The Wood River path along Pennays leads to the River Run Lodge/Base of Baldy Gondola lift, while the XC skiing path and sledding are directly behind complex.

Our house was recently updated with new carpet and linens, very comfortable and warm with large windows for views of the mountain landscape.

We have offered this property on VRBO for over five years and provide every amenity I can think of to make your Sun Valley experience comfortable including a private garage with the 1800 sq foot townhome.

Rose's place was fantastic. Super comfortable, well equipped kitchen, the bedding was excellent, and the master bath was *chef's kiss*. I would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely townhouse in an excellent location

The townhouse was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. We very much enjoyed the wide variety of hiking available nearby. It was an excellent time of year to visit!

Wonderful holiday stay

Our family stayed here over New Years and had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a great location for skiing and getting into town for dinner and shopping. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Rose was incredibly helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Spacious, cozy cabin in a great area!

The condo is very spacious, cute, and well appointed. Bed in master was very comfy! The location is perfect! We enjoyed walking along the bike path and to the River Run lodge. We also walked into town many times - easy walk!

Outstanding Stay

This home was perfect for our family of five. Well equipped throughout and perfectly located within easy walking distance to River Run lifts and to downtown Ketchum. Communication with owner was easy and very helpful. 5 Star . We hope to come back again soon!

Great property!

We came here to ski in early January. The place was very nice. We came shortly after Christmas, and it was decorated with a Christmas tree, and the mantle was decorated with lights. All nice touches that added to the charm of the place. It was very clean and very big. it was the perfect place and we would stay here again.

Sun Valley Ski Trip

This condo was perfect for our 4-day ski trip. We were able to walk to the River Run base from the condo and even walked through the woods to the gondola one evening for dinner at the Roundhouse. We found the condo to be very clean and cozy. It’s proximity to the bike path and Big Wood River would also make it a perfect place for a summer vacation and fly fishing enthusiasts.

West Ketchum Wonder

A beautifully furnished home awash in sun all day long snug against Baldy. Each morning we relished our short walk to River Run along the Big Wood past grazing deer and moose. Rose was an excellent and accommodating host. We had a magical time.

I live primarily in Atlanta but feel Sun Valley is my home. We began visiting from the Bay Area in 2001 and fell in love with the valley the first day. Fall is my favorite time of year, if I had to pick one, and always enjoy the fresh air and friendly faces.
