It is unfortunate that these guests seemed to have selected our villa without properly researching the area, location and likely temperatures that didn’t seem to suit their party. Within an hour of their arrival they were demanding a refund because one of our five aircons was not working. Our maintenance team attended the villa immediately on an emergency call out basis on the bank holiday evening. We bought a new mobile aircon the next day that solved the problem until the main aircon was repaired the day after. The electricity outage in the whole area on their fifth day was completely outside our control but the problem was solved during the day and all the electrics were functional again in the afternoon so the guests need not have moved out. Other items in this guest’s review are just not true … all our ceilings do work, there are large fitted wardrobes with shelves and draws in each bedroom for folded clothes and the showers do have water pressure. We continue to refurbish and renovate our villa throughout the year to keep it to a high standard for a beach house in this peaceful location that all our other guests have cherished over more than 20 years. Here is the English translation: The villa exactly matches the description. Clean well equipped. The person in charge of the reception is very very good, she can take care of everything, gives very good advice. The place is heavenly, the beach is beautiful. The sea is not deep at this place, it must be at least 150 meters to have bottom. It is very quiet because the villa is located north west so far away from the airport and the lively center for young people. If you want to move you have to plan scooters, about 200 baths a day.

English translation: Great accommodation with lots of kitchen items, enough towels, great air conditioning and enough places to relax. Pretty planted area with pool and direct view to the sea. A few meters and you are on the soft sandy beach. At high tide you can also swim well. You have the beach section to yourself and escape the hustle and bustle of tourists.
