Great location, Many different restaurants and stores close by, short drive to Disney. The shuttle service is convenient if you want to save money on parking; however it tends to be a little crowded and chaotic on the way back to the hotel. The room felt and smelled somewhat humid even when the AC was on

Good, standard room. Close to the parks, good air con and fridge. Friendly staff. Logistical errors such as the keys stopped working twice, shuttles only came 2 times a day so spent a lot of time ubering as more continent. Bed sheets weren’t changed while we were there.

not bad at all!!! this place was super close to all the parks and was very easy to access. my only complaint would be that our room/entire floor smelled like mildew. even the sheets did a bit. but other than that it was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay very much! would return!!!

Amazing place! Great location, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding communication with the staff. It's very close to shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. I was traveling for work and received a very warm welcome. Highly recommended!

We did not use the pool although we did look at it, very nice and large area. The property and the room were extremely clean, nice quiet property. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The rooms were okay, the pool was just fine, the hottub was not great. I found the fact that they lead with the shuttle on the listing a bit deceptive as it runs only twice a day. We went with this listing over another for more a night so we could save the parking fees at Disney and ended up driving every day anyways because we expected more flexibility in our transit. We got breakfast two mornings and both had indigestion after which again was disappointing. One of the elevators was frankly frightening. The pictures were clearly dated. I feel like the Resort title here is not pulling it's weight overall. Also rooms only had showers no tubs which is fine but was not specified in the description. Overall In would not recommend this as I think there are better more affordable options available.

The place was very clean very friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and for the first time ever the pictures actually match the hotel. Usually you see pictures and you wonder where is the hotel that they have in the pictures the service was awesome. I did not expect that from a holiday in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs and roaches in the room, hair on the bed and all over the bathroom floor. There was duct tape holding pieces of boards/drywall. The hotel lobby has air conditioning but not in the rest of the hotel with the exception of wall units in each room. There were leaks in random places throughout the hotel so random buckets were placed throughout. Not to mention each floor had sections taped off that had mold and leak repairs that were possibly in work. The “seal” to those areas were broken so it was exposed. There was mold on the ceiling of the lobby and dining area. Housekeeping didn’t come once while we were there. Conveniently they showed up the morning we were checking out. This hotel smelled extremely bad! I would’ve checked out immediately however it was non refundable. I will never stay at this hotel EVER again!! If I could’ve given it zero stars I would’ve!

Disappointing StayMy girlfriend and I booked this stay for our trip to Disney to celebrate our 8-year anniversary, so unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall.To start with the positives, the price was very reasonable, the staff was super friendly, checkout was quick and easy, and the shuttle service to the parks was amazing and very convenient.However, check-in was a frustrating experience. Our door wouldn’t unlock, and my girlfriend and I had to go down to the first floor three separate times to explain that we couldn’t get into our room. It wasn’t until the third time that someone sent a maintenance worker, who thankfully arrived quickly and helped resolve the issue.Unfortunately, the room itself didn’t meet our expectations either. The floor smelled bad, and the room looked old, dirty, and in need of renovations. To make matters worse, when our sheets were changed, we were given wet sheets, which was unacceptable and added to our frustration.I understand that no stay is perfect, and I want to emphasize that the staff was friendly and there were some positives, especially the price and transportation to Disney. However, between the check-in issues, the condition of the room, the unpleasant smell, and the wet sheets, the overall experience fell short of what we expected.I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience deserved an honest one. We came here to celebrate our 8-year anniversary and unfortunately the accommodations took away.
