Nice location for hiking and biking. Balcony is faced north and in a corner. View to the mountain but no sun.Would have been nice with some wine glasses…

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the beautiful Dolomites! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive. We really appreciated being so close to the ski hill and had an amazing few days skiing!

Ideal location for exploring

Ideal location for exploring. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Would be great if they add the linen charge to the price of the accommodation instead of having this as an extra cost but not being able to bring your own linen to opt out.

Host is going against Expedia and vrbo policies by asking for extra linen charges saying you have to leave euros behind, that’s not allowed via expedias policies. Please do your own research before paying host that aren’t allowed to get more than what the property is listed for. I only received two towels for four adults, the picture of the residence isn’t even the correct one so I was lost because I couldn’t find the actual building on the listing come to find out it’s a whole different building. The door knob was broken and when asking for help the host told me to reread his confusing instructions that he clearly google translated with mistakes. Which was very dismissive. The place is clean. The views and location is great but you will come into communication problems as they don’t speak English well. Host is very hostile when taking constructive criticism.

Easy to find, easy to access, and the elevator helps moving with lots of luggage. The apartment is well equipped The bathroom has a hairdryer, first aid kit, washing machine The kitchen has several pots, pans, coffee maker, cooking utensils, spices. A full kitchen, not the usual low-budget apartment kitchen.The living room has board games and puzzles.The internet connection is stable and works well. The bedding is thick and warm, perfect for colder weather. We used electric heating, which quickly provided a comfortable temperature. I can't say anything negative about the accommodation. I would like to mention that I have never seen such cleanliness even in a hotel as we found here upon arrival. A few words about the area, which are objective facts, but did not bother us We were there in the last week of October, which is the off-season. There was no one else in the building besides us. All the neighboring hotels and lifts were closed. The nearest shopping opportunity is in Moena, so it is advisable to arrive with enough food. We never used the car, we organized all our trips from here.

Nice location, very quiet (we came at the end of September and had a feeling we were the only ones there), in winter it must be nice due to ski lifts only a few steps away. However, in this season to get to a grocery store, cash machine, other nice places, you need to drive at least 10-20 minutes, or more, to get to something, depends on your preferences. The apartment itself was equiped with some old furniture, and the small bedroom is really dark as it does not have any windows. Upon arrival it was very cold and it took us some time to figure out heating. There is a lot of instructions for everything and it is a bit complicated to use electric appliances due to a risk of an elecric shortage. What was nice was a lot of toys for kids, and the balcony with a view into the forest and on the hills. The beds and the pillows were not too comfortable. At the end we had to leave extra 150 EUR in cash (80 EUR cleaning fee, 50 EUR linens, 20 EUR dog) which was not well advertised upfront. But Guido was very communicative and helpful upon our arrival and during our stay. Thanks for having us.

Good morning, the guest most likely didn't read the website description and the arrival instructions carefully. The first clearly states the additional costs for final cleaning and linen rental, and it states that the towns with shops are Moena and Falcade, which are a 15-minute drive away. The second clearly describes how to reach and enter the apartment. The guests evidently didn't read the instructions, as they had to go to reception (usually closed this season) to gain entry (never happened before!!). The heating had already been turned on before their arrival, and to raise the temperature, all they need to do is turn a dial on the thermostat. The instructions regarding electricity use are merely precautionary measures, to avoid causing problems for the guest in the event of a power outage. We've hosted hundreds of guests, and these are the first to complain about the furnishings (the kitchen cabinets are 4 years old), mattresses, and pillows. Evidently, this type of guest is not suited to the type of vacation we offer, which is well described, and where they are fully catered for and do not need to carefully read the apartment description and the arrival and departure instructions.

Idéal pour vos randonnées dans les Dolomites. Une carte IGN à disposition, super! Le bémol: on entends l'ascenseur monter descendre, et les voisins.... Le +: propriétaires à l'écoute, disponibles. Appart propre. Bien situé. Facile d'accés et surtout un garage!

Région superbe

Nous avons aimé visiter cette belle région, l'accueil des propriétaire est sympathique, le logement correct. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir été avertis avant notre arrivée, que l'ascenseur serait mis en réparation pour entretien pendant notre séjour. Nous avons dû quitter l'appartement 2 jours avant la fin car, pour nous, personnes âgées, monter 4 étages par l'escalier nous est trop pénible.

Très beau séjour dans les Dolomites

Appartement au départ de plein de chemin de randonnée pour tous les niveaux. Très bon accueil. Appartement bien équipé, mais mal exposé, sombre. Pas de wifi Et manque d'une supérette sur place, il faut descendre au magnifique village de Moena plus bas ( 10 min de virage en voiture)

L’hôte etait très disponible et a demandé des nouvelles à plusieurs reprises. L’organisation du logement et l’utilisation des équipements est décrite en détail dans plusieurs langues ( disponible dans le logement et partagée électroniquement). Brochures touristiques de la région. Logement très fonctionnel. Point de départ de balades très proche. Nous sommes très satisfait.
