Enjoy the coastal empire in this large home nestled in a great neighborhood. Just 15 minutes from downtown Savannah, 30 minutes from Tybee Island and an easy 50 minute drive to Hilton Head Island! Also, close to the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, Gulfstream, Tanger Outlet Mall, 1-95, and 1-16.

Design features include high vaulted ceilings, an open layout, eat in kitchen, master bedroom and bath w/ separate shower & huge garden tub, private fenced in backyard w/ pergola covered patio, fire pit, grill and a tree swing!

The owner is a long time super host on other vacation rental platforms and experienced in providing an excellent rental experience!

Clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable on inside. Outside needs a touch up with pressure washer. Only one TV, would be better with a TV in each bedroom. This home was just as described and more than adequate for our visit to Savannah.

Good place that needs care

This is a very nice house that needs lots of care and maintenance. PROS: - Beautiful house inside; well stocked; great towels; good beds - Very nice neighborhood; feels very safe - Very clean...... inside - Nice table and chairs on patio - Beautiful very old tree in back yard that provides plenty of shade. - Very nice furnishings; great couches. Ottoman is beyond worn out though. CONS: - House desperately needs cleaning on the entire outside; lots of algae all over siding. Above front porch looks especially bad. - Front yard hasn't been mowed in many weeks - Back yard appears it hasn't been mowed or raked in MONTHS; weeds 3 and 4 feet high; limbs in yard. - Garbage disposal didn't work and that side of sink stopped up and leaking under cabinet. Old food debris floated up from clog in sink on that side. - Shower door in master b'room wouldn't close from inside and water leaked out from shower. - All sinks slow to drain - Cheap, very old BBQ grill was all to pieces and grate propped up with bricks! Grill hadn't been cleaned in VERY long time. Grill should obviously be thrown out and replaced. Very disappointing because we wanted to grill out. - Owner doesn't respond with check-in details until morning of check-in. That's way too late for us because we left home that morning with no idea how to get in the house when we got there. Check-in instructions should be sent out at least two days before arrival. Again, this is a very nice house that just needs some good TLC from owner or the people who care for the property. The house is very good and it could easily be great with proper attention.

Hello and thank you for your extensive feedback. We always take concerns or issues into consideration for future improvements. Many of the things you have pointed out have already been rectified especially the lawn, as our lawn care team was unfortunately unable to mow for many weeks due to all the rain and soggy ground we’ve had lately. Also, I’m sorry to hear that receiving your door code the morning of was such an issue for you, but similar to any hotel or bnb establishment there is no need to provide keys or a checkin code days in advance as that would actually create a safety issue for other guests who may still be staying at the property at that time. We’ve been providing guests with checkin codes the morning of checkin for many years now and it’s proven to be a safe and easy process for all. Thanks for your stay and safe travels!

Peaceful and quiet.

My friends and I headed to Savannah for a girlfriends weekend. We found a house a lovely respite from the day of walking and dodging traffic. It’s a well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. We all slept so well.

Perfect Quiet Location

Beautiful and very well kept home in a quiet neighborhood. We were super comfortable and the home had everything we needed for our stay. Easy 20ish minute drive to downtown Savannah. It’s about an hour to Tybee or Hilton Head. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery store, and other services.

Great home, close enough to Savannah

We were in Savannah for my daughter's dance competition, it was so nice to come "home" and the end of each day instead of a hotel. The house was close enough to Savannah without being downtown. The neighborhood was quite and the house was very clean and comfortable. Added bonus, the host had some board games and we had fun playing games at night.

Good Times

Overall we had a good time. It was a time to come together as a family over Mother's Day weekend and just remember our mommas who are no longer with us. To reflect on all they instilled in us and to go forward with our lives. We enjoyed the house the whole set up gave us all our own space to relax. I can't wait to travel back to Savannah.

Great stay!

Almost everything was great with just a few minor issues. Wasn't able to utilize the grill because it looks like the bottom was damaged and the grate was missing. Also one side of the blinds were broken but everything else was good. The wifi was slow for the night we decided to watch a movie but we didn't spend much time in the house so that wasn't that big of an issue either. Overall for the price and location it was excellent.

House

Very nice house and clean. However when we got to the house there was a hole in the livingroom wall and the master bedroom door. Also the mattress cover in the room with the double bed was torn. The gate to the back yard will not latch.

Best location in Savannah

Nice quiet comfortable cozy home with a great property manager. I enjoyed the wonderful garden tub and the kids loved the swing in the backyard. This is a 100% best Vrbo experience you won't regret.
