Beautiful Island Home
Our home is halfway between charming Historic Downtown Savannah and the fun beaches of Tybee Island, about 10 minutes either way. It is the perfect location if you are planning to visit SCAD, Savannah Film Festival, Savannah Music Festival, St. Patrick's Day, or any outstanding events that Savannah has to offer.
Nearby you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants for your convenience. On our tranquil neighborhood island, you can ride your bike or go on a stroll safely and secure, away from major traffic interference. Across the street is Turner's Creek, and the sunsets in the neighborhood are fantastic! Upon booking you will be required to sign and return the rental agreement/ contract prior to door code being sent.
All spaces are available except the garage, and two storage rooms on first floor. There is a video camera outside in front of the garage door and one outside by the yellow gate, in the back yard, and a video doorbell by the kitchen door, which are always on and always recording.
Partial privacy fence in back yard. Clothing is required when using the hot tub. Nudity is prohibited. Hot tub temperature is set to 102° and we ask you not adjust it.
AC is between 70° and 80°, and the heat is set between 65° and 78°. If you want it outside that range, let us know.
Please note, there is a Modern Day Carriage House on the back of the property and so there will be other STVR guests coming in and out of the back yard, using the gate next to the garage. They are not permitted to use the hot tub.
ATTENTION: We DO NOT allow anyone who resides within 45 miles of Savannah to reserve our place.

We are laid back, outgoing, and we like to bike, run, travel and have a libation! The island on which we live is nearly 5K when we run/bike around it.
Steve is a wedding officiant and Andy is a professional interior designer, which is why our place lookâs awesome!
While you stay in our home, if you need suggestions on places to eat, places to go, and/or if you need directions, we will be more than happy to share those if you'd like - just let us know. We can tell you where the locals eat if you'd rather eat there than with other tourists.
Also, if you'd like, we would be more than happy to share with you some great stories about Savannah (and some of the people) that you won't hear on guided tours!

On our tranquil neighborhood island, you can ride your bike or go on a stroll safely and secure, away from major traffic interference. Across the street is Turner's Creek, and the sunsets in the neighborhood are fantastic!
The house has a large front yard on a quiet street, so plenty of space for parking, and before you arrive, we will send you instructions of how to get into the house at your convenience.
We are pleased to say this is a gay friendly, smoke-free, two-story, custom built home by one of the island's developers back in the 1970's, however, mostly remodeled recently. We live in this house, but list it here when I go out of town.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property (free of charge).
A hot tub is available during your stay, after those long walks on the beach, and downtown Savannah.
Also downstairs is the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room, which has a smart tv. If you plan to use the kitchen, you must bring your own food and drinks - we do not provide that.
