We had a wonderful stay! We had an issue with water pressure and the host was extremely efficient with getting it resolved. I’m talking the plumber was out within 30 minutes and water pressure back asap. Would definitely recommend!! Super close to town as well!

Beautiful Breck Home

This house was fantastic and very well appointed! The location is perfect and only a few minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. The host was extremely helpful and checked in during our stay! Will hopefully be coming back again!

Great get away spot

House and accommodations were amazing! Had a wonderful girls weekend! House was comfortable and had everything needed. Not only is the indoor space equipped with everything you might need the outdoor deck, hot tub and fire pit made it perfect! Rachel was amazing to work with and extremely responsive with anything our group needed! Thanks again for letting us stay!

Good trip

The property was clean and plenty of room and stocked well. The property description noted that the location was secluded but the neighbors next door were very close and lots of cars on the property running Diesel engines early in the morning. The scenery was beautiful and the communication from the owner was great.

Wonderful Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful girls weekend here. The layout of the house was perfect, I liked the multiple levels so we could spread out with plenty of room to relax, play games, cook, hot tub, watch movies and more! It was a very easy drive to town. We explored downtown multiple different times and didn’t feel like a pain going back and forth to the house. Great communication with the property owner prior to our visit. Hot tub was the best!

A Dream Stay

This home had plenty of space for eight adults. We were fortunate enough to have fantastic weather, and it snowed the entire time we were there. There is a private snowplow that helps remove snow from the driveway, which was a huge help. The proximity to town was awesome. It was a 10 minute drive to the Breck gondola and downtown. Aside from the location and plenty of space, the hot tub was everyone’s favorite part of the home. We definitely will look to stay here again next year.

Christmas family vacation

I highly recommend choosing this house. Homeowner was quick to answer any questions. Our family was very pleased with this home. Our kids had tons of fun playing in the snow. The house is plenty big for two families to stay. I would go back and stay again.

Mountain Vacay

Our family had such an great trip in Breckenridge. We loved our stay here at this beautiful property. The house was clean and very well equipped. We had plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a cozy, warm decor made our time in the house very pleasant. The views were amazing from the balcony and the hot tub area in back. We loved starting our mornings with a cup of coffee outside while taking in the magnificent mountains. There were trails accessible right outside of the property which we took advantage of. The hot tub was definitely nice to have after a day full of hiking. It’s a bit of a walk, but a very short drive to downtown Breckenridge. The property mgmt was very responsive and easy to work with. We loved the area and this property and hope to come back again soon.

Beautiful Mountain Home

We booked this property for a ski vacation in Breck. The airline cancelled our flight and we couldn't get to the property on the day we were supposed to check in. Rachel was very accommodating and credited us for the night we missed. The check in process went very well (lockbox). The home is beautiful! Lots of room for all of us (4 adults and 4 teens). The driveway/garage is a little tricky, narrow and steep. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive... we did, but still skidded and slipped around a bit. Having said that, we would definitely book again!

Loved every part of our stay here. The rooms are gorgeous, there is a beautiful deck and basement and that hot tub is amazing. 1 mile to downtown. 3 min drive or 20 min walk.

Very nice, clean home in Breckenridge. Not on the bus route, but only a couple minute drive to town. Quiet, secluded area. Hot tub and firepit were great!

Amazing home for a mountain getaway!

We had a great time and Rachel was SO accommodating! The kids loved the fun bunk room and the hot tub! Everything was so clean and the house had all the necessities for a great weekend getaway. Thanks, Rachel! We hope to be back for ski season!
