Guest access The entire home and its amenities are yours, once you settle in with our convenient self-check-in and smart lock system. Ample parking is available on the driveway for guest use. In addition to the lovely home, you’ll love the perfect location, which is only minutes from Breckenridge and its many yummy eateries. The home is in a residential neighborhood close to grocery stores and Starbucks.
Be sure to make the most of the mountains during your stay and hit the slopes, shops, restaurants, and hiking trails in Breckenridge, drive a short distance to the slopes in Vail, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin, enjoy the adventure park in Frisco, ice skate on Lake Dillon (or paddle board in the summer!) - the possibilities are endless! Other things to note You and your guests will have access to the entire property, aside from an owners’ storage room. If you have any questions about this please don't hesitate to reach out.
Pets: We allow a maximum of 2 house-trained and well-behaved dogs per reservation. There is a flat fee of $100 /pet for the reservation. There will be a $300 fine for pets that were not registered prior to check-in. The guest/owner is responsible for their pet at all times and remains liable for any and all damage caused by the animal.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. If guests violate these rules, they will be liable for associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
