Une grande baie vitrée offre une vue incroyable sur les toits de Montpellier, et jusqu'à la mer Méditerranée. Ce loft en plein centre est très calme, et est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer après une balade en ville ou une journée à la mer. Baigné de lumière, climatisé, il possède une terrasse, un espace parental ouvert et une chambre pour les enfants. A cinq minutes de la gare St Roch, entre la place de la Comédie et le centre commercial du Polygone, vous aurez la possibilité de vous garer dans les parkings publics payants du Triangle ou du Polygone.

Amazing Location!

Great location near everything and walking distance to anything you need: grocery store, train station, tram stop, Ecusson, lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops, not to mention museums and l'opera. We loved Montpellier and this was a great flat to see it from.

Wonderful Stay in Montpellier

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location is ideal with easy access to transit and walking to many locations. The apartment was exactly as advertised-clean, bright with a fabulous view! Marianne was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay again.

Nice loft in the centre of Montpellier

Nice place in the center of Montpellier with a great view on the 11th floor of the building, Place de Comedie is only 100 mtrs away. Parking under the building in a big parking space (look for Triangle). We had a great stay 😀.

Great appartement next to the old town and 50 meters to major shopping center. Few minutes walk to tram stop which is ideal for moving around Montpellier. Appartement is excellently appointed with all needs catered for. Marianne was most helpful.Would recommend for short or long stay.

Easy apartment to be in. Excellent access to city by foot. Near north train station. Far from south. Use north if you can. Clean. Good for cooking if you want.

One week in Montpellier

The property is in the perfect location to explore L’Ecusson, the city center. One can also catch the tram close by to explore all of Montpellier, or a train to further destinations with 10 minutes’ walk to Gare de Montpellier St Roch. The view from the balcony, and really the whole apartment, is beautiful. Mme Chaigneau is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

The Complete Package

As soon as you walk in you can't miss the fantastic view from the 11th fllor. Then the unit itselt had everything we needed on its two levels, and the closeness to just about everything we wanted to see and do over a six-week period was just what we needed. I hope they'll allow us to come back.

Lovely and comfortable apartment

We enjoyed our time in Montpellier and the loft was very comfortable. The town, the trams, and the nearby parking deck were easily accessible. It was nice having such easy access to shops as well. It has a great view and offers dining al fresco on the balcony. We enjoyed the opportunity to let in fresh air high above the traffic and bustle below. The apartment is spacious and well-supplied. Absolutely recommended.

Great location in the centre of Montpellier

Marianne is a wonderful host. Very responsive, flexible and accommodating. The property could not be more central and it is a great base for exploring this lovely city. The apartment is well equipped with all the things you will need for a great stay, including air conditioning. The flat has convenient parking, and it is quite reasonably priced. The bathroom had a smell, but I am sure this will get fixed quickly.

Great views, good location.

Loved the views, the terrace, and the location. Interior could use some deep cleaning and updating. It’s important to note the bedroom is upstairs and the ceiling is 5’5”. I’m short and had no issues but my BF had to duck and hunch in the bedroom. The only toilet is upstairs as well. Otherwise this is a nice place to stay.

Fabulous apartment, a home from home, everything you need is in the apartment. Easy to find from the station, and everywhere is accessible on foot as its very central. Contact with the hosts very good. Only issue (but a very minor one) was one blind was not working so as soon as it was light we were awake but that was no problem, and it is to be repaired shortly. Seeing the window cleaners abseiling in front of the windows was quite a sight when you are on the 11th floor. 100% recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in Montpellier.

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Location

Thank you Marianne for letting Karen and I to stay in your wonderful apartment in Montpellier. The apartment was fully equipped to meet all of our needs. Marianne was available to answer any questions that we had. The apartment was in a perfect location for exploring Montpellier and close to the train station if you want to visit other towns in the region. We have fallen in love with Montpellier that we are considering a longer stay next year, possibility up to one month. We highly recommend Marianne’s apartment.

Great rental and central location

This apartment is right in the middle of town, 5-8 min walk from one of the main train stations. The pictures are very accurate. And yes, the ceiling is low in the loft. But we were totally fine with it. There are exterior black out blinds that are amazingly effective. The view is awesome both day and night. The kitchen is well stocked, and, the washer and dryer were the best we had in over 4 other rentals in 2 other countries. I would definitely stay here again.

Incroyable!

We had a very good stay at this loft in the hart of Montpellier. The views from the appartment are just amazing. The appartment has everything you need, you only have to go out for groceries once you are there; there are two supermarkets around the corner! If you come by car reserve your parking spot at the "Parking Hotel Mercure Montpellier" which has a seperate entrance! It is a safe place to put your car during your stay. But if you wan't to go to the beach, public transportation is nearby! And if you like shopping: Montpellier won't dissapoint you!

Perfect light-filled apartment!

The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos and was an ideal base for my daughter and me, as we set her up for an academic exchange in Montpellier. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need to feel like home away from home. The views are truly stunning and the location can’t be beat! Grocery stores (Carrefour City and Monoprix just downstairs) and all the restaurants and shops of Écusson are at your disponible by foot. And for places further afield, the tram is just two minutes away. Despite being literally in the centre ville, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Marianne is a wonderful accommodating host and a great resource. Absolutely perfect stay!

Fantastic apartment minutes away from all attractions, transport, etc

Apartment was much larger than photos showed, our only slight issue was height of mezzanine bedroom, as my partner is 6'2", and even for me at 5'7" we both had to duck! Fantastic views being on 11th floor, but actually relatively quiet as it is on top of main Polygone shopping centre. Marianne's husband met us and showed us around flat, explaining where everything was. Checkout was simple too. Wed definitely stay here again! Thanks to Marianne for all her help with the questions I had before we arrived including direction from St Roch station.

A proximité du centre commercial Polygone et de la Place de la Comédie, l'appartement est idéalement situé pour être au centre de Montpellier, sans être dérangé par le bruit de la ville (11e étage).Sa luminosité et son exposition Sud est un réel atout en hiver.L'équipement est complet et Marianne a expliqué le fonctionnement de chaque élément dans ses notes. D'une façon générale, la communication avec Marianne, avant et pendant le séjour, était simplement parfaite: rapide, complète, agréable.

Nous sommes une famille de 5, nos trois enfants ont grandi et nous pouvons maintenant voyager avec eux, mais nous aimons aussi beaucoup notre ville et notre région, sa douceur de vivre, et les belles balades qu'elle offre, dans la Camargue ou en randonnée dans les montagnes toutes proches.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Ce loft est un vrai coup de coeur pour nous: être en plein centre ville et voir la mer aussi bien, on est tout de suite tombé sous le charme! L'appartement est très lumineux et très calme, on aime venir y travailler et s'y reposer, et aussi y accueillir nos parents et nos amis.
