The Studio ~ An Ozark Hideaway

Conveniently located near area attractions, this modern rustic Studio offers a cozy setting for your Ozark getaway. The open concept cabin offers a newly renovated kitchen and has a full bed with memory foam mattress, built in bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large covered porch or gather around the fire pit in the evenings with the ones you love.

The Studio is a small 480 sq. ft. open concept space with a full bed, queen sleeper sofa, and two built in twin bunks. There is a dining table for four and a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom has a stand up shower, no tub. This cabin is dog-friendly, with an additional $50 pet fee (MAX 2 dogs). Sorry, no cats allowed.

This cabin has fast fiber internet, but there is minimal cell service. You will need to enable wifi calling on your smartphone and/or use messaging apps through wifi. There is a landline available for emergency and local calls.

The cabin is located on a gravel road, and is therefore not recommended for those traveling on motorcycles or vehicles with very low clearance.

Rental Rules

~Primary guest must be age 25 or older

~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM

~No Smoking in or near the Cabin

~Dogs are allowed, with $50 Pet Fee (2 dogs max, rules apply)

~No loud noise or parties

~Absolutely no UTV`s, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers allowed

~Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the listing

~It should be noted that our properties are located in a rural and, in some cases, remote area of the Ozarks, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control device, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.
Pet Rules:
*Please clean up after your dog.
*Please do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties. Many of our homes are located near residential neighborhoods, and we must respect the comfort and privacy of those residents. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund.
*Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind.
*Please don’t leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.
*Please ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up-to-date, especially flea treatment.
