Welcome to our beautiful 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom Bear Hollow Home.

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Escape to comfort in this well-appointed home. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends! This home has two living rooms, so everyone can spread out and have their own space. You will love the main living room and large kitchen for gatherings! Relax on the deck and take in the views overlooking Snyderville Basin and Swaner Nature Preserve. A short walk gets you to the complimentary Park City bus route or ride your bike from the house and join miles of dirt and paved trails, which are groomed for cross-country skiing. The pool & clubhouse are a minute's walk. After swimming grill out on the deck.

Outdoor enthusiasts and skiers flock to Park City for its amazing skiing, mountain views, and summer fun! Close to eight major ski resorts: 2 miles to Park City Canyons Village, 5 miles to Park City Mountain Resort, and 7 miles from Deer Valley Ski Resort. Only 35 miles from Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton and 60 miles from Snowbasin. The Utah Olympic Park zip line and bobsled experience are close by. Kimball Junction, with dozens of restaurants, grocery stores, theatres, outlet malls, and retail therapy is minutes away. It's a perfect location!

Great house

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation home. The house is perfect for a large group, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out without ever feeling cramped. The bedrooms were all comfortably sized, making it easy for everyone to settle in. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hot tub — a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful home and facility. We really enjoyed out stay. Convenient location. Kitchen could use wine glasses, lemon squeezer and more plates for 17 people. Master bedroom on main floor needs a space heater. It was frigid and did not heat.

The house was very nice. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The host was responsive when we had questions. The only issue was there were no dumpsters near by for us to dispose of trash when trash bins got full.

Phenomenal Spacious Home!

Loved staying at this place! It fit 13 dudes comfortably and the kitchen was awesome for food prep. Deck has a beautiful view and the drive in to canyons or PCMR was not bad at all! Thank you so much for having us!

Such a great place. The location was great and so was the view. Loved the en suite bathrooms. Gave a lot of privacy for a comfortable stay for all. The furniture and decorations gave a rustic yet luxurious feel. The living and dining area makes such a great gathering space. Enjoyed the hot tub and deck as well. Highly recommended.

Family Thanksgiving

We were a group of two families of four. The house was spacious and very well-stocked. Excellent location in between Kimball Junction and Park City proper. The management company was quickly responsive and flexible. Absolutely recommend this house for large groups!

Great experience, great home, great service.

Very easy company to work with. The management was very automated but we had the ability to text/call with issues and received nearly immediate responses. The home was very clean, access was easy, and all went well. Bear Hollow is a great neighborhood for skiers, especially if you want to mix up your trip and go to other mountains.

Property was as advertised. Comfortable and met our needs.However, cleanliness of outside deck was unsatisfactory. Looks like no effort had been made to clean the chairs, the deck or the hot tub cover. Screen door to the patio was jammed so that it would not open. Also code to open front door did not work requiring 15 minutes with someone on the phone to get into the front door.

Overall Great Home for a large group

The Bear Hollow home was a great experience for our group of people. The house was clean, well equipped for cooking and in a commutable area for Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. You can easily fit 3 cars in the driveway, no problem. Nice large mudroom for ski equipment and digital door locks so no keys needed. The kitchen was very large and was able to fit our party others. Two sets of washers and dryers came in handy. The only negative was that several of the showers had mold/ mold stains. Not a huge deal but indicative of the maid service. The shower floors are also quite slippery. Overall, we had a great time!

Enjoyed area

Very nice property! Have a few suggestions Really need place mats for dinning table. White marks where hot plates have been set. Hot water extremely HOT possibility of burning especially children. Floor in main floor bathroom definitely need mat it’s very slippery I’m older and almost fell. Could use some grab bars for older folks to prevent falling! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Hello Marla, In response to your review we'd like to make future guests aware: We do have place mats and a tablecloth underneath in the kitchen cabinets. The hot water can be turned down very easily, a quick call or message to our local home management team and they will be happy to assist. Our location as well as most in the area aren't meant for the elderly, mainly because of how many stairs most places have. Park City Host

Amazing Park City Stay!!

We loved our time at this property. We are three families all with young children. The property was specious and had plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate us all. The place feels like it was recently remodeled and clean. The property is run by a professional property manager who was super easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions we had by text or phone. The property is a short car ride or Uber to Canyons, Park City / Main Street and Deer Valley. I believe there is a bus that would take to to main areas but we stuck to our car and Ubers for ease. It’s 5 minutes from a Walmart as well which is super convenient. 100% would go back again.

Perfect Home for Familes

We were a family of seven adults and two children. Each couple had their own room and the children had a room. There were plenty of bathrooms as well. We never felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of common area where we could all be together and if we wanted some quiet time, there was room for that too! The beds were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had enough of everything so we didn't have to run the dishwasher constantly. The propane for the grill was empty, I text the manager and within a couple of hours they had dropped off a full tank for our dinner that evening. Very good service. In addition, they had games, puzzles all sorts of little extras that made our time there even more enjoyable. We will certainly rent this house again when it's time to visit the grandkids. It was perfect!

Lovely vacation home

Our family so enjoyed our vacation home . From the large kitchen to the bedroom / baths we utilized the space well for our kids and grandkids . Grandkids especially loved the air hockey table!! Close proximity to all that Park City has to offer ! great vacation home!!

Park City skiing

House was great for our extended family! Close to Park City and Deer Valley. Kitchen was well outfitted which is a big plus for our large group. Very clean and really cute.
