Relax, unwind & enjoy this incredible 12th floor home away from home at Laguna Keyes in Cherry Grove Beach. Beautiful panoramic views can be seen from the living area, master bedroom and private balcony. The open and bright floor plan offers nearly 1,250 square feet of luxurious living.

An on-site complimentary fitness center with ocean views, outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, kiddie pools & lazy river are all part of the amenities found at Laguna Keyes. The oceanside pool deck offers the outdoor pool and kiddie pool - with the indoor pool also located on the ground level. The 6th floor features two outdoor hot tubs, kiddie pool & a small lazy river. (Please understand all building amenities are unable to be controlled by unit owners & vary per season/required maintenance).

The master bedroom offers a panoramic view from the ocean to the marsh, access through sliding doors to the balcony & en-suite bathroom. This bright, beautiful bedroom has a king bed, two night stands & chest of drawers. A large closet, ceiling fan with remote control, luxurious cotton sheets, bright bedding by Lilly Pulitzer and a wall-mounted, flat screen 42" Samsung television with Spectrum Cable TV, a DVD player and Roku for your favorite streaming services round out this restful retreat.

The second bedroom is highlighted by an incredible view of the Cherry Grove marsh, queen size bed decorated in Pottery Barn bedding, luxurious cotton sheets & en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also offers a twin-sized daybed with pull-out twin-sized trundle bed for the tots if needed! A large closet with a built-in organizing system, ceiling fan with remote control & a 42" wall-mounted Samsung television with both Spectrum Cable & Roku for your favorite streaming services is also featured in this bedroom. It was put together as a perfect fit for your favorite traveling companions...whether that be your children, teens or adults!
