Luxury 4 Bedroom Villa with pool, located in an olive tree grove

Dear Vince thanks for your nice review. We have been extremely pleased to host you and your beautiful family. We hope you will come again and have another occasion to cook for you! And thanks for the wine, it was excellent!

Thanks Michael for your kind words. I really enjoyed our communications during your stay and thank you again for treating our property with great care. Hope to see you again, for a month if you like

Thanks dear Jennie. I thank you for your kind words. I am very happy you recognised our effort to make pleasant your stay in Salento and sincerely hope you will come again. You left the premises clean and in good order and we thank you all also for this

DEAR PHILIPPE THANKS FOR COMING AND STAYING AT OUR HOME. WE HOPE WE WILL SEE YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, OUR PLACE WILL BE ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR YOU

Many thanks Pete, please do come again, we’d love to let our villa to respectful well educated people as you are!

I have to say we are quite surprised to read this review and would like to provide my feedback. Indeed, we thought that the tenant was completely satisfied after reading a very positive message just one hour after check-in: “Your place is beautiful and is perfect for us. The kids love the pool and we are enjoying the outdoor space. 😊”. As to the remarks, as confirmed by all our tenants so far, we believe that the best selling point of our property is that it is a place for relax, away from crowds and noises. But the house is, exactly, just 1,1 KM from Sannicola, a fairly large village, as clearly stated in the description. As to the size of our house it's -as clearly stated- exactly 156 sqm, four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, with a large a 50 sqm living "including an open kitchen", a huge patio including a further outside kitchen space, a separate pizza oven and barbecue area, etc ... . It is designed for 8, and nobody has ever complained for the size (!), although I accept that everybody may have its own standard. In summary, I take due note of the family remarks but, ... lesson learnt: we will never rent our home again to someone who's not reading our detailed offer and ask for further information, as we always openly offer (in this case we literally exchanged tens of messages, providing further information and pictures to this family before their stay).

Thanks a lot for tour kind review. Happy to see that you spent a happy holiday at our home! Hopefully next year even your first pizza will be perfect, it’s just matter of practice ;-) With love stefano & Parrizia

Dear Christian, Dirk and Alex, we really have to thank you for your kind words. After reading your comment I had the suspicion that you are a professional travel agent ... :-), ... as you picked most of the good points that we should hilight to our perspective guests. It was such a pleasure for us, Carmela and Livio to have such polite and respectful guests and only hope you will choose again Frangipani for a future holiday, as our door will be always open for you ...

Dear Rebecca and family, you have been a really nice guest, not only because you left our home in perfect state, but also because you fed our cat while you were there and, finally because ... it was a great satisfaction for Stefano-Tripadvisor to have someone at home appreciating and following my advice on things to see and to do (and eat...). I love Salento and I like the idea of sharing this love with people like you! Hope to see you again and again, as other past guests are doing! WIth love from Stefano & Patrizia (and Mimi/Frasse ...)

Thanks for staying at our property. True, the property is not "on the sea", but around 9 minute drive from home, say exactly 7 Kilometers, ... as it is clearly stated in the property's description

Merci Marie-Claire for your kind words, our best reward is that we understand you felt at home ... at our home. I'm happy to say that also with you we were able to establish a very nice dialogue. We also appreciated that you left our house in perfect state (... we have been occupying the villa since your departure for our holidays). We do hope you will come again in future!

Thanks a lot for staying at our home for your holiday. You treated our property with great respect and we would love to have you again as guests in the future. Many thanks also on behalf of Livio and Carmela

Dear Myriam, Stephan & wonderful family, just a big thank you for staying two weeks at our home. We hope to host you again in future, you’ll be always welcome! Stefano & Pat, Livio & Carmela (and Mimi’)

Thanks a lot Brigitte, myself and Patrizia truly enjoyed having you at our home in Salento and I particularly liked chatting with you. The fact that you have been regularly visiting Salento for years, saw many properties and eventually decided to stay at our home again in the future it's really a sign that you appreciated our place. Thanks a lot for coming and for treating our property with respect, as you would have done with your own house. See you soon and thanks again!

Jo, what can I say to thank you for such a kind review? I enjoyed a good communication level with you and I do thank you and your family for having treated well our property, ... including our little cat there! Hope you will come again and again. Best wishes Stefano & Pat
