Very precise and clear instructions for check in check out. The home is lovely and the room was a great size and well appointed. I had everything I needed. The kitchen and living rooms looked great although I didn’t t spend any time in them. Would recommend and visit again!

Charming place in a good area. Price very reasonable considering it's Boston. Shared bathroom and kitchen etc but we seemed to be there on our own. Construction made it difficult in the morning soundwise but no fault of owner and it is a city Would recommend.

The Pistachio Room was exactly as described! It was perfect for a solo traveler, very comfortable, and super clean. The house was absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. It was easy to make myself at home! The mermaid bathroom was a dream! It had beautiful lights that you could change however you wanted. The host was excellent with communication and got back to me quickly with all questions, usually within minutes. He thoroughly explained the check in process and I had no problems once I got to my room! If I'm ever back in that area, this place is at the top of my list! 10/10 recommend.

Nice place to live (self catering type) but a slop hill of about 25m to walk through if on foot. With 7 day pass, it is easy to travel to Boston city about 40mins. Nearby, get restaurants and 7-11. It is a good place (cost effective) to stay for my Boston marathon and walk around Boston.

A wonderful house in a great neighborhood. Warm, welcoming, and a touch of whimsical! The comforter in the Pistachio room had magical powers on this chilly February weekend and we really enjoyed the common space too.

A fantastic stay! Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages! Would absolutely stay here again. Our favorite part was the shower with the fun colored lights. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Clean, historic, and convenient location

We stayed here while at our son's Boston College location. Everything was well maintained, especially for being such an older, historic house, and the location was conveniently located.

The room was spotless, very spacious, lovely kitchen and bathroom all as luxurious as a 5 star hotel. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in! Nice quiet neighbourhood with restaurants a quick walk away. Charles the host was extremely helpful and swift in responding to any requests, including helping with luggage storage and going the extra mile and carrying it down the stairs. Would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home with very nice amenities!! Clean, so pretty, and a wonderful kitchen. We were only there 1 night but it was very comfortable. The host was very communicative and promptly responded with all the information we needed.

Pros: very clean, nice place to stay. Kitchen is well-equipped, bed was comfortable. Excellent decor, spacious.Other: for a 4 night stay, I was provided one bath towel and one disposable sponge, no washcloth, which is really odd. I went to Target to buy a 6-pack for 3. There are quite a few steps to climb to get to the front door, then more steps to the second story.Communication was ok.All in all, Charles was nice and helpful. I'd consider staying again!

Anniversary Getaway

It was wonderful! Nice, quiet, cozy & clean! Close enough to the freeway & city to get around but far enough away from the city where you get a nice, homey feel. Definitely would recommend to anyone with a spouse/significant other for a nice, relaxing getaway.

Comfortable stay in a historical home

This was probably my favorite place to stay in Boston. The room is comfortable and clean. The shared spaces are beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The only drawback we had was distance from public transportation. StreetIt'snotdefinitely a home in s Hill
