Fabulous location close to the beach. We enjoyed having the cart, umbrella and all the chairs to enjoy the beach. The unit and the property are clean & well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed including plastic cups for outdoor use. Mark responded promptly to all our questions during our stay.

House was exactly as pictured, was clean, updated home. 2 minute walk to beach, fantastic pool. Short drive or good walk to restaurants and activities. Mark was very accommodating and helpful with any questions. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for great accommodations in Virginia Beach

A great property

We stayed in this same community last summer but this unit was much more nicely updated inside. The beach is a short walk and not crowded. There are not many pools in North Virginia Beach and this property includes access to a nice shared pool. We would definitely return to this property.

Great location

Newly redecorated. Easy access and a walk to the beach. Quiet residential location. Pool access for those non beach days. Close to activities on the boardwalk but far away from the noise and crowds. Perfect for families. Well appointed kitchen if you want to save from spending the outrageous prices at restaurants. Lucky find and if we return to Virginia Beach we will certainly choose this location

The perfect house!

The property was beautiful and very accomodating! We had a wonderful week with our kids. The beach is easily accessed and not busy. The pool was well kept. The beach cart was super helpful! Mark and Alison were very reslonsive. Couldnt have asked for better!

Perfect Location. Awesome Property!

This property is very nice and clean. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need! Just steps to the pool and a walk across the road to the beach! Bathrooms were updated and the beds were very comfortable! TV's in bedrooms were very nice to have.There is a washer and dryer on site, so we were able to get our laundry done! Back patio area with table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks. We Loved this place!

Clean and great communication

We enjoyed our stay and particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the rental and the communication of the hosts (they answered questions promptly, and notified us once the rental was ready for us - which was a little bit earlier than planned). The location was very quiet and relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have some beach towels available at the rental. Everything else was great!

Home away from Home

This was the cleanest vacation house we’ve experienced. Truly spotless. It had everything we needed. We were immediately at home, comfortable, and relaxed! The location is great. The pool is really nice. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting outside in the evenings. The home and yard is very well maintained and welcoming. The hosts are fantastic and made everything straightforward and easy for us. Thanks again Mark and Alison!

My only complaint is that we asked for additional hour as we did not have to deliver our rental until 11:45 am and check out time was 10 am. We had to drive around for a hour.

Carmen and family were awesome guests. HOWEVER, giving us a 4 Star rating because we couldn’t extend the agreed upon 10:00 am check out time one hour without prior notice is unjustifiable. We do not think our subsequent guests would appreciate a delayed check in time due to a lack of planning on their part.

Wonderful North End Gem

Thank you Mark and Alison for a wonderful stay. It was nice to meet you both. The condo was spotless and super comfortable for the four of us and for our local family to visit. We loved the short walk to the uncrowded beach and to First Landing State Park, as well as having the lovely condo complex pool right out the back door. The beach cart, umbrella and chairs were great to have. We enjoyed the quiet of the North End but with easy access to the strip. We rented bikes and were able to easily ride from the condo down to the boardwalk, then to Rudee Inlet; as well as riding all the way through First Landing State Park, and to Fort Story. Everything was fantastic. Hope to be back the next time we are in Virginia Beach!

Thie Whole Package!

This place looks exactly like the pictures, maybe better. It was immaculate with plenty of storage. The beach is right across the street and the owners are kind enough to let you use their beach cart, umbrella and chairs. We couldn’t have fit one more thing in our car. It is a great neighborhood with a walking and biking path right out front. It felt very safe. All the surrounding houses are beautiful. It is a less crowded part of the beach but still very close to the shops and restaurants. The pool is clean. The laundry room was nice to have. We cooked a couple meals since all cookware and a grill was provided. The owner always responded quickly if I had a question. Picking a nice place to stay gets your vacation off to a great start! I love this place.
