D306 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a king bed in master, two twin beds in guest room & a sofa bed in living room. D306 has pergo floor downstairs with a carpeted stairway and master bedroom in the loft.  There are ceiling fans in each room.  Table and chairs on lanai to enjoy outdoor dining while enjoying a beautiful, broad view of the Pacific Ocean and Waipuilani Beach Park. 

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts.

*This condo does not have air conditioning.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.



Luana Kai Maui condos are located in North Kihei just a few minutes drive from restaurants, shopping centers and the best beaches on Maui. Check out our friends at Boss Frog for excellent and super affordable Maui snorkel rentals. They have a location just down the street at the Long’s Shopping Center.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay with family

We don’t have one complaint about the unit, or property at all. Everything was perfect for a family of 4. Enjoyed our 8 nights.

Beautiful view

The Condo was so cute, with an amazing view! Our family enjoyed the rental property would highly recommend and would stay again. The hide a bed was stained and under the couch/bed needed to be cleaned and vacuumed but like I said it was beautiful and well stocked, my family will stay here again!

Beautiful getaway

Loved it all. I was just very disappointed that the jacuzzie was out of commission for 5 days. After bike riding and pickleball and other fun activities, we look forward to a soothing jacuzzi session.

Beautiful Sunsets

Kehei is just beautiful! Easy drive to popular beaches, and a few minute walk to the beach with calm waves. Great place to take kids. We didn't see that there wasn't A/C, just assumed there was. So a little warm in the afternoons (we just went and did things in the afternoon). I give it a 4 star for cleanliness because the floors were really dirty, but everything else was super clean. Would recommend!

We visited from OahuCheck-in, parking was fineThe property has great landscaping; we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, easy walk to the beach every dayI knew there was a tennis court/Pickleball court straight ahead; I didn’t realize people would be playing from 8 AM until sunset; I am a Pickleball fan but good for others to know in advance I thinkKing bed, twin beds, sofa bed we’re OK; the pillows and towels should be replaced/improved; the kitchen was well equipped other than the cheap coffee makerI appreciated the dishwasher and laundry tablets; As well as the beach chairs, cooler, boogie board, etc. I would have appreciated at least a small soap, shampoo, conditionerThe sunsets were awesome :-)

NO AC, would not have rented if we new there was no AC, brutal at nights, fans were supplied but just left for a noisy evening/sleep. One of the windows that was supposed to help was broken and would not open, sliding door was hard to open and close as well. The condo was nice otherwise.

Nice condo with No AC

Condo was nice. Far walk to the beach. The pics are deceiving. Read the fine print that the condo doesn't have AC. Hopefully they fix the upsairs window situation. They have a 10ft pole with a hook on it that they expect you to stand almost to the top of the stairs to open a window for ventilation. We ended up leaving 2 days early and getting another place. The condo did give us our money back for those 2 days. If they address the ac and the window situation it would be a great place.

Beautiful property with beachfront

Our stay was pleasant and wonderful! The staff on the property were very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked and they had plenty of towels for us to use. There were beach chairs and a a beach not far away ;)

Perfection in Kihei

The images are quite accurate. We thought everything was great. We traveled alone (without our kids). It will definitely be a condo we'd start at when we look for a trip for the whole family (two adults plus two college-age kids). The upstairs loft for the bedroom was nice and felt private even thoiugh it is open to the living room. There' isn't no air conditioning and that seemed quite fine. Plenty of cross ventilation. Our dates were in early September. Lastly, the pool/ hot tub/ grilling area was nicely maintained.

Nice rental

The condo was nice. Really wish it had AC. Some of the other units did. Also because you have to keep the unit fully open for a breeze you hear all the noise. People do not follow the quite hours off the property in front of the condos.
