Profitez de l'une de nos 3 piscines, 6 courts de tennis, 4 barbecues à gaz en plein air, ou revendiquez votre propre section de plage pour vous détendre, nager, plonger, lire un bon livre et profiter du soleil et des vues. Nous fournissons des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des parapluies, des serviettes et une glacière; tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une journée de plaisir à la plage. Une courte promenade sur la plage vous amènera à Charley Young Cove où vous pourrez prendre des cours de surf ou louer des planches de surf, des planches à pagaie ou des kayaks. Profitez de la plongée en apnée et de la plongée de classe mondiale dans des endroits locaux comme Ulua Beach, Five Graves et Turtle Town. À la rampe de bateau voisine de Kihei, vous pouvez monter à bord d'un bateau pour des excursions de plongée en apnée ou de plongée sous-marine, des visites touristiques ou des croisières d'observation des baleines (décembre - mars). We really enjoyed our three-week stay at Ocean View condo at Maui Vista. The condo was clean, well-designed, updated, and had all the kitchen and beach items that we needed. Both the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms had remodeled walk-in showers. The kitchen was also remodeled and more open to the living area. The beds were comfortable. The view as excellent as promised. We have stayed at several other condos at Maui Vista over the years and this condo was the best in many respects. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Maui.

George’s condo was an ideal home base for our vacation in Maui. The condo was clean and comfy, well stocked with necessities, and provided all the beach gear we needed. We had a fantastic stay. The condo is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect! The view from the balcony is magnificent, and we are within walking distance of a beautiful beach and the Food Oasis, which is a beautiful place with several food trucks, palm trees, and a great atmosphere. If we return to Maui, we will definitely stay here again.

Truly could not have been better. Great communication, easy check in and out, GORGEOUS VIEWS, clean, well stocked, perfect location for exploring maui. Do not hesitate to book this condo. Also the complex and especially this unit was sooooo quiet. We all loved our week.

Wonderful Stay in Kihei

The condo was as promised and looks exactly like the pictures. It is well appointed with everything you need and more for your vacation! It is in a great location - walking distance to cute shopping, great restaurants and of course the beautiful beaches! George was a great communicator - would stay again in a heartbeat!

The condo and location were nothing short of amazing. Kihei (mid island) is the perfect place to stay in Maui, not only does it have great beaches close by, it also as lot of great restaurants, the food trucks (my personal favorite ) and plenty of shops. Being in the center of the island makes it easier to visit other parts of the island as well. The condo has everything you need for a perfect beach day, it also has great views and is fully stocked with all the things you need. We will be back to Maui for sure. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while in Maui.

Beautiful Condo- Just what we needed

This property was perfect for our family of 4 (with two teenagers). I loved George’s recommendations for shops and activities. And we loved having access to pickleball courts, quiet pools, and a beach near by. It was close enough to all the amenities we needed and easy access to other areas of Maui. We hope to stay again next year!

Amazing Condo!

We visit Kihei every year and this was our first time bringing our kids with us and this condo knocked it out of the park! It was updated, nice, great location, everything you could ask for! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great Stay

George and Barbara's condo was the perfect place to stay. The loft and second bathroom worked out really nicely for our adult son--and the twin beds were pushed together just as I had asked. Everything was clean, organized, and welcoming. Enjoying the ocean view from the lanai and walking across the street to the beach were our favorite features!

Well presented and very well stocked. Felt like home.

Easy access close to the beach and surf. Really enjoyed being able to use bodyboards and sun umbrellas. Nice quiet area.

Holidays in Hawaii

We had the most amazing stay at this rental. The owners made the check in/check out process very easy and very accommodating. Everything about the stay was perfect and we would love to stay here again. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach or to restaurants and stores and the view from the balcony was amazing. Thank you for making our holiday trip relaxing and special.

Perfect Place!

George's place was perfect! Just the right size for a family of four, had everything you need, perfect location! Saw more sea turtles from the beach across the street than we did on our snorkeling trip. Will definitely return if we come back to Maui!

George Bement was the first pastor of Kihei Lutheran Church in 1987, and served as its pastor through 1993. He was a case manager at Ka Hale Ake Ole homeless resource center in Wailuku, Maui, from 1993 to 1995. He recently retired as a pastoral counselor and clinical social worker in the Cathedral Clinic, a free clinic for homeless patients at Christ Church Cathedral, Episcopal, in Houston, Texas. His wife, Barbara Strobel, also recently retired as a CPA from the RSM accounting firm in Houston. Their oldest son, Aaron, is a graduate of LSU and captain with Pacific Whale Foundation on Maui. Their youngest son, Danny, is a graduate of Texas A&M working in Minnesota.

George lived in Kihei for 8 years, in a house immediately mauka (toward the mountain) of Maui Vista. He and his family used to walk through the parking lot of Maui Vista to get to their favorite beach, Kamaole I, known also to the locals as Charley Young Beach. After having spent a considerable amount of time in Hawaii and visiting the numerous beautiful beaches Maui has to offer, George considers Kamaole I to be the best.
