The Dragonfly House is located between Hwy 22 and Lake Drive. The back yard views of the sunset are spectacular! 3 minute walk to the lake. Newly renovated. This home has a large yard with private drive. Plenty of space for several trucks with boats. I have a picnic table, grill and fire pit for you. Added a Fish cleaning station! House has all amenities that you would need except food! Keep an eye out for the Eagles while you stay!!! If you have questions, feel free to email me! The Dragonfly is within walking distance to the Lake. Monthly events that take place in Samburg and Tiptonville. Many restaurants to choose from and boat rentals are available from the locals. Let me know if you need a fishing guide. I can get one set up for you. Must need atleast a month ahead to get a guide for you. They book up fast. State boat ramps nearby I have a map at the house for you to see. The boat ramp is on Lake drive and not even a quarter mile away from the house. Available during your stay via text, call or email. The eagles have a nest in the field in my front yard. Beautiful sunsets in the back yard. Lots to do around the lake. I have a notebook for you with information that is helpful once you arrive. Suggest driving, walking, boating, or golf cart!!!! Happy to have your pets stay but make certain they are house trained!

Nice location, huge yard, quaint house had everything we needed. Wished we had better weather but that’s the luck of the draw. Kristi checked in to make sure we had everything needed. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Peaceful, clean stay

This property is at an excellent location to Reelfoot Lake, local restaurants, and not too far from a main city. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and provided everything you could need for a stay. The property owners were very nice. If we ever visit the area again, we will stay here if available!!

Great stay

We felt very at-home during our stay. Kristi was excellent at communicating, including both checking in on us unprompted and responding quickly when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again. It was just a 30 min drive to Discovery Park (which my kids loved) and only a few minutes to various trails at Reelfoot Lake.

Weekend Getaway

Clean, cozy house in a great location. Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Did some site seeing during the day and relaxed around the fire pit at night. There was plenty of wood provided to keep a warm fire against the cool breeze coming off the lake. If you are looking for a relaxing lake trip this is a wonderful place to stay.

Hello! My name is Kristi Davis, I have owned this home for almost 21 years. I recently remarried and live with my husband, Brad. My siblings and parents live in the homes surrounding my house at the lake. It is time to rent my house house beings that my oldest daughter has moved to Nashville to complete her Masters Degree at Vanderbilt!!!!. My great-grandfather built my house in 1947.

My house has all the amenities that you would need just as if you live here long term. If you need something, call me. I have made you a Welcome Guide notebook for you when you arrive. I hope you love my house as much as I do. My house is way more comfortable than a hotel room that you and your buddies may be thinking about staying in around the lake. I have new beds, new furniture and a big TV for you. A grill and a picnic table outside. I have a large back yard and plenty of parking. I have two eagles in the field in front of my house!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

1,200 square feet of space for you to spread out and relax in . I have a queen size bed in the Master bedroom, the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. I also have a small front porch heated room that I have converted into another bedroom with another set of bunk beds. My house sleeps 6 on beds, however there's always the couch! I have a large area for several trucks with boats to park. I am on the Highway 22 side but have access to the Lake Road. My house is minutes away from several boat ramps. 1 mile from Walton's Kwik Mart in Samburg. 3 miles from Tiptonville.
