Nice condo with plenty of room and a great location however the walk to the beach is a little further than expected being it was a beachfront condominium. I would definitely stay here again

You will love this condo!

It was a girls' weekend for a birthday. Love the location and all the amenities. If you need a four bedroom condo, this would be a great choice.

We had a lovely stay at the condo, the location is excellent. The only issue we had is there was some mildew in the bathrooms they could have been cleaned better. The condo is very nice and was perfect for the six of us old ladies.

Hello Kylene, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I apologize for the lack of communication however I went back through our call log and also our correspondence through VRBO. On June 5 you asked about grills, coffee maker and check in instructions. I answered your questions and also let you know that someone from our office would be calling you either on the 5th or 6th regarding check in information. You were left a message on the 6th and again on the 9th. The phone number we called was the same number you provided on you reservation and also the same number you sent through a VRBO message. Again I apologize but, it seems we did everything we could on our end. I hope you will comeback and stay again soon. Benji

My family and I loved the great pool right out back, the beach and ocean just a short walk out past the pool (although not so short for some, but well worth the walk), and the spacious main room in the condo where we all (8) gathered comfortably. As for the view from the balcony, the photo in VRBO doesn't do it justice. The view was much better than shown in the photo. We all loved the view of the property out back -- showing all the nice landscaping and fountains, palm trees, the pool and the ocean. The condo and the property grounds were clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. And the balcony was big enough and had enough furniture to seat all of us and have separate conversations going on. We loved that the location was convenient to restaurants and stores too. Hope to be back next year.

Beach Stay

The condo and location were awesome. It was the management company that was not on par to any VRBO I have ever stayed in. No communication from them on check in procedures. I was trying to reach out to them after our check in time. Finally reached them and they gave me the wrong gate code to get into the property. 2 hours later finally get the correct one. Overall property was wonderful but if I was the owner I would be looking for another management company.

Beautiful condo right on the beach

The property was very clean and the pictures accurately reflect the accommodations. Everything was in good order and ready for arrival. There is only one elevator and with parking on the ground floor all residences are one or more flights up. There are probably about 80+ units and the one elevator gets used a lot. Take the stairs when possible. Beach access and pool were excellent. Nice view of the ocean. The property is next to a public park and other condos, so beach was very crowded which can be expected on holiday weekends. Overall a great unit for large families or friends.

We came in as a group of 4 couples. We came for the race being held at Jekyll Island.

This place was great! Clean, big, great pool and hot tub. Close to ocean and beach. On site laundry. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Elevators for convenience.

Great getaway

We are a small group of single ladies that needed a beach getaway. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, spacious, with enough room for us. The location can't be beat for beach access, pool, a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants. We hope to be back again next year. We had an HVAC issue late Friday afternoon. Called the management company and they sent someone right away. All was taken care of in time for us to enjoy dinner out. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in 209. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the covered patio. The condo is furnished tastefully. The only negative are the very dated bathrooms. I hope they get the attention they need soon.

Beautiful condo and location

We have stayed at this property before and lived the grounds, easy beach/pool access so wanted to try a larger condo for our growing family. The condo itself is wonderful and is bigger in person than pictures give it credit for. Fit our family of 7 plus two toddlers and an infant perfectly. Would absolutely stay again. Check in was challenging. I think it would be easier if information was sent via email or the app messages so there is lesson room for miscommunication. Definitely recommend!!

Spacious with great ocean view and location

Lots of great reasons to stay at this property. Walking distance to bike rentals and restaurants. Beautiful views of the ocean, nice pool, well equipped kitchen and lots of space. Plenty of seating on balcony. Comfortable beds and seating. Residents and guests were very friendly. I would recommend guests bring more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags if staying more than a few days. A bit of constructive feedback - There was a distinct musty smell to the condo but we were able to open the sliding doors w/screens most days due to the time of year. We also had an issue with a couple of broken knobs on the kitchen cabinets which was manageable.

Property was nice but communication regarding check in procedure was poor! Air conditioning system was difficult to program! Would have been nice to have additional toilet paper, garbage bags! Great location

We always call the phone number on the reservation a few days prior to check in and our call log showed the number was called and there was a message left. In the description we list everything we supply for each guests. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and hopefully you will give us a call next year.

Nice views and very spacious for our family. Our only complaint was there was not enough toilet paper for our length of stay and guests.
