*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a property modernization project. Construction may occur daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including weekends if needed, and guests may experience construction noise and minor inconveniences. Outdoor amenities (excluding the hot tub) are currently closed and are expected to reopen in Spring 2026. Dates and timelines are subject to change.

The tropical “surfer” inspired decor of this vacation unit invites you to “totally” relax. With patio doors in the bedroom and living area leading to a private balcony, there is an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico awaiting you. This unit also includes tile floors throughout the common areas and baths, a breakfast bar and Nespresso Espresso Machine, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The two baths are equipped with tub/shower combinations. The bedrooms and living room includes televisions and DVD players for your viewing pleasure.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beach vacation

Most everything was amazing the restaurant downstairs had amazing food everyone was friendly and kind and very helpful ! The mattress in our room was amazing slept so well! The views in our room was amazing as well! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

15th floor relaxation

The check in/out prices was VERY easy!! Loved the location, this is an end unit above the pool. GREAT view! Only some MINOR cosmetic things that needed to be looked into. Over all would defiantly book this room again!!

Nice Condo

Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Improvements to the balcony and doors that thebuilding is making are great. If looking for a condo during construction you should definitely consider this one. Yes construction is somewhat loud during day but we never had obstructed views or any issues. Unit is so pretty but there are a few more improvements that could be made to take this one all the way to the top such as bathroom updates.

Nice place

We loved the place we stayed at. It was a spacious two bedroom, two bath condo on the 15th floor. Although I would have liked a washer and dryer in the room, there was one on our floor. The condo did have a bit of a roach problem. Can’t say I’d stay here again before looking for other options.

Spectacular

Our stay at Sundestin was THE best experience! Upon walking into the room you feel as though you are in paradise! We were on the 15th floor so it was as if we were on a cloud with beautiful blue water surrounding us! I have no complaints whatsoever about our room and stay in 1501. If I have to say anything I’d say the floor needed to be swept…there was a lot of sand on the floor although that wasn’t that bothersome. Thank you thank you for such a beautiful and pleasant stay!

Beautiful views - Very convenient to beach - unit needs some love and attention. Pics look better than real life! We purchased Raid on the first night as we saw a cockroach and had a few of his family and friends show up throughout the week! ☹️.

Beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. Decorated nicely and very comfortable. We do, however, encounter two huge black FL roaches in our condo! Difficult to relax after that. The lock at the top of the front door had been weakened and fell off when we opened the door. I put the piece on the counter. Other than that, it was a wonderful vacation!

If we need some thing,or want to confirm the sleeping space....the ph.call we had to wait for 8 to 10 hours...to get the answer!! Linin ,pillow, etc was not provided....call but tired of waiting!first they show picture or Bunk bed !!not enough pot to boil pasta in kitchen,no liquid hand soap in master bd Rm....blankets v.thin not comfortable to sleep... . .

whole floor was under construction, the elevator was not working for the 15th floor, because the ...

I am unsatisfied with the location. The outside of the unit was under construction and therefore the unit it self was dirty. Construction debris on the floors and all surfaces were covered in dust. The linens felt crusty and like they had not been properly laundered in a while. The ac wasn’t working throughout the unit only one room was cooled in the whole unit. It was very uncomfortable to come in to a unit that the whole floor was under construction, the elevator was not working for the 15th floor, because the whole floor was totally unsafe, and we had to get off two floors before and take the steps up where was dust and stuff for the construction all over the steps, it was dangerous. I do not understand why we were not alerted to this situation, since in this case we would never have rented and we would have avoided this situation. We were waiting for a solution during our stay and nobody came, we notified the receptionist, he said that he was going to call, and we didn’t received any answers from anybody, until now. The unit has a problem with mold you could have smell the bad odor, the 15th floor was like a hunted house, we were the only ones in there. And I have pictures of everything that I’m telling you. I felt scammed. Do you have any email that I can send you all the pictures? This turned in something that was supposed to be enjoyable into something completely disappointing.

Condo was nice. There was an outlet that worked the first 2 nights but then quit (behind the right bed in the double room). An inconvenience but not a big deal. Just concerning of a shortage and could be a fire hazard? A big concern was one of the railings on the balcony broke while my son was holding it! Not big enough for my 4 yo to fit through but for sure my 1 yo!! And it looked that several of the other rails had been broken and just repaired with silicone. I feel this is a safety hazard especially for smaller children. So some things for sure need repaired. But it was a nice place and absolute beautiful views! I would posy pictures but I don't have the option

Enjoyed our condo

Condo was clean except for some sand on the floors. Ice maker was not making ice & it would’ve been great to have a bigger frying pan to cook with. Overall, we had a great time & enjoyed our time there.

Holiday getaway

Beachfront view and access was amazing. Master bed was super comfortable. Outdoor Hot tub was put to good use. Room in need of updating/repair but overall comfy stay.
