This condo provides a picture perfect, gulf front view. The main bedroom has a private bath, and large windows which provides awesome views from the moment you open your eyes! The guest bedroom has two beds and a convenient, hall bathroom. Complete with stackable washer dryer, open living and dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, this condo has all the conveniences of home plus a location that provides views of the white sandy beach, emerald green water, and remarkable sunsets.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property needs some major updating in terms of furniture and cosmetics. Wasn’t the cleanest either. The washer and dryer sticks out in the hallway and is a huge annoyance. Other than that the property lacked basic amenities such as working lamps, potholders, adequate silverware etc. Won’t be booking this unit again.

The gate to get into the condo would shock you when you punched the code to get into the gate. We would have to use an ink pen to punch the code to open the gate. When we arrived the elevators didn’t work. Had to pack everything up to the 5th floor. The code to get into the room didn’t work. Had to call / text management for them to give us a new code to get into the room. The latch for the door was broken off. Was told they would come to fix it but that didn’t happen. The toilet would run off and on. The washer and dryer stuck out into the hall way. Window in the kitchen did not have a curtain or blind to give you privacy. The coffee pot did not shut off by itself. You had to make sure you turned it off before you left.

Great location very clean, Kitchen updated nicely. The rest of the condo needs some updating but fit our needs.The dryer was a problem to the point we didn't even try anymore. It would not dry light shirts and shorts without restarting several times. I believe its an issue with the settings but we could not get them to change. We did use the laundry room dryer on the floor just a few doors down. Only had one elevator as the other was being worked on every day while we were there. Loud construction but only slight inconvenience. Perfect location, NOT crowded due to only 42 units or so in the building which is a big priority for us. Check in was easy however, we have stayed at many places and I did not love the waiting until the evening before check in for information. Most you get it a couple days a head of time which is more comforting to know if you have issues you have time to fix them.

Just disappointed a little I guess, never stayed where there where no extra linens, no iron, screen door broken , living room tv not functioning properly, lock fell off the door, front gate to property kept locking is out and elevator breaking down the other elevator wasn’t even running. Ine of the double beds seemed to be bent down or broken in the middle. However it was very clean just needs some updating and work.

Location great that is all

The location is great and love that the beach is not that crowded due to limited amount of condos. Otherwise, this place needs a good redo the pictures do not portray the condo. Needs more updating, especially the main bathroom and new furniture! Also need to have this place scrubbed down was not clean at all!

Enjoyed our stay

The condo is in a great location on Holiday Isle. The beach access was wonderul. I loved that the pool is shaded in the afternoon. The condo was a decent size for 6 people. The condo could definitely use some TLC but overall we had a nice experience.

Overall the unit is great! The location is amazing and the beach access is wonderful. The pool is shaded and that is lovely after a long day in the sun. The unit could use some repairs and a few updates. Lots of little things need to be fixed including the broken master bedroom blinds, the air filter, peeling wallpaper, etc. The washer and dryer are very small. The dryer doesn’t work very well. But pay per load laundry is located on each floor, so not a huge issue. We have been coming to Destin for years and this place was a nice choice for our family.

Great place to stay

The location of this condo is wonderful. Right on the beach! The condo itself is very nice too. Nice and spacious and updated. There are a few cosmetic issues that could be addressed but over all awesome. We will stay there again!

tv does not work

we called maintenance after much troubleshooting to try to get the living room tv to connect to wifi. staff came out to attempt, unable to connect so we were unable to use streaming services during stay. would like a partial refund for this amenity not being available as advertised

Great little spot!

This condo is a wonderful landing place for making meals, porch sitting, and resting. The beds were soft, balcony roomy and the waves were just crashing gloriously just outside! Clean and great location.

Una unidad muy deficiente en lineas generales. Todo deteriorado roto manchado partido. Ni hablar de los colchones muy incomodos se hundĂ­an, nos duele la espalda. El sofa de la sala manchado por todas partes, Antihigienico. Las sillas de la terraza totalmente despegada que puede ocasionar un accidente. El wifi casi ni funcionaba. El aire acondicionado no enfria en el cuarto principal, habia que dejar la puerta abierta. Pienso que se pudiera prestar un mejor servicio! Cuando llegamos el piso tenia micha arena en las alfombras y en todas partes.

Beautiful view

Loved our stay but the dryer does not have a vent to the outside. Which meant that it took me an entire day to dry one load of laundry. The dryer would get so hot the safety mechanism should be triggered and the dryer would shut off every 15 minutes.

Love the location and ocean views -easy access to the pool and beach. This unit needs more kitchen supplies, and cookware only one medium size skillet for cooking, not enough glasses etc. overall a good experience and family fun. We liked having the two double beds in the second bedroom.

Pros: Location, beach access, ocean view, renovated kitchen Cons: Furniture old and dirty, walls peeling paint/wallpaper, kitchen inadequately stocked for cooking, squeaky beds, overall cleanliness poor. All of this does not show in the photos.

Not as pictured

The picture of this unit were dated as the furnishing are worn out and soiled. The walls behind the toilets have the wallpaper coming off and with mold. Unit is ready for a renovation and remodel!
