We had a wonderful time sitting on the porch watching the wildlife and looking at the hills in the distance. We enjoyed walking down the hill to the river and checking out the scenery.

The property and host were great! Our only problem was we did not understand the location and had to do a lot of going back and forth to bandera so it was more driving than anticipated. I would definitely recommend this spot, especially if you can spend some time at the property.

Place was absolutely beautiful. Beds were a bit squeaky when you rolled over but all in all, couldnt have asked for a more relaxing stay! Will definitely stay there again!!!

Great Views!

What a fantastic place! Very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The views on the deck in the back are beautiful with wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a relaxing time at this property. The beautiful view, walking to the river, the fun bars and stores at Pike Creek and Banderas that we could enjoy, all made for an amazing weekend. The host provided all and more than you could need for a weekend, thank you!

We have really enjoyed our stay. Perfect view, a lot of deer, they are building stairs to the water and it will be awesome. Patio deck is ideal for a small party 👍

Our Happy Place!

This was our second stay at this property, and we can’t wait to go back again! Clean, comfortable, well-furnished, peaceful, relaxing, BEAUTIFUL. The whole family loves being here and we’re always sad to leave. Can’t say enough good things about the hosts or the home!

Toys/games, deers and birds, views in the day and stars at night. So very relaxing we couldn't get enough of the outside back porch,kids and adults enjoyed it and would rent it again.

We felt so at home for our Spring Break stay. Remote enough to feel like you’re “in nature” but easy drive to Bandera or Boerne for restaurants & shops. Beautiful views from the deck. Very peaceful!

Beautiful Hill Country Views

This property had views that were magnificent! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and time by the river. This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in and was outfitted with everything we could have ever imagined. Certainly, a place we would return to in the future.

A beautiful property with a comfortable house and great views. Wildlife everywhere, including numerous bird species and deer. The host is awesome, she was easy to contact and very informative. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!!

This cozy cabin is in our Top 5! We can not wait to visit again. Yes, this cabin has everything you forgot to pack. Owner responded immediately when needed. We got caught up in a thunderstorm twice in one day and was the most beautiful experience! Huge deck in the back overlooking the hill country. This place is a Gem

Beautiful walk

Check in process was easy and the property is great. The deck is amazing and the view wow; we spent the whole time on the deck. I enjoyed the walk every day I was there. Suzette is a great host! Thank you!

Perfect Location

This home was perfectly situated between my sister's house and the HS my nephew was graduating from. It was a perfect central location for us. The location would be perfect for a secluded weekend getaway under different circumstances. I have stayed in a few places and this one felt most like a home. So welcoming and warm.

We enjoyed the property. It was exactly as listed. My only complaint is that grass needed to be mowed. That was the reason for a 3 star rating on cleanliness.

Beautiful and peaceful

Suzette is super kind & attentive. The property is very quiet & has beautiful views. The deer are extremely entertaining & it's very nice getting to float in the creek behind the house.
