8300 square foot home with 5 bedrooms 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms sitting on 100 feet of lakefront with sweeping main channel views of the lake. House is located in prestigious Porta Cima near golf courses and shopping. You will have your own private swimming pool and hot tub lake side. The lower level features a shuffle board table and air hockey table. This level also has a small theatre area and beautiful bar with full kitchen. Seating in lower level for eating will fit 12 people plus seating at bar area for 7. The upstairs features an immaculate kitchen and great room with massive windows looking at the lake. The dining room/kitchen area has seating for 20 people. The kitchen features a double oven, electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker and wine cooler. 4 of the bedrooms are suites. 3 car attached garage. Lounge chairs pool side and dining pool side. There is no dock access from this home.

Family get together

The house and pool were amazing! The host always responded to any questions in a timely manner. We were there to spend time with our grown kids and grown grandkids. Didn’t even need to leave unless there were special things you wanted to do. Plenty of entertainment with games and pool along with an amazing lake view. Planning a trip for next year!

Wonderful stay!!

The house is beautiful and very large. With 6 adults and 5 children there was more than enough room for everyone and we all had our own space including enough bathrooms and places to watch TV or chill out. Great stay!!

AC not working- unable to use upstairs. Great location just wish the house had been checked out 1st

I have to say the owner or who I communicated with was prompt and always got back to me so that was great- but I do have to be honest. I expected more for the price we paid. It seemed as if it was cleaned a while ago and maybe not checked again before we checked in? There were lots of dead bugs all over the floor and carpet. Not a huge deal I just had to vacuum when we arrived. The patio was extremely dirty spider webs all over the place again, we were willing to look past it for the view and pool. We noticed when we woke up our first full day that the AC upstairs was not working (it was over 80 degrees) and downstairs it was not blowing cold air and it was mid 70s inside and was only going to get hotter. He promptly got someone over but unfortunately it didn’t seem to fix it. We ultimately decided to leave the night before check out because it’s just not the most comfortable sleeping when it’s not a comfortable temperature. Again if we wouldn’t have paid thousands to stay there maybe we could look past it but it felt like that should have been checked prior to listing it for rent. It was booked last minute so we were grateful but there were others to chose from and if the property isn’t up to speed or ready then it shouldn’t be up for rent. Also very little hot water to take showers or bathe our children. I would definitely ask questions of main amenities being working before booking this house. If we had a large group- it would have been awful as we could not use upstairs.

Beautiful house with disappointments

This house is gorgeous but unfortunately the pool was filthy hot tub. The water in bathrooms don't get hot, so it's hard to get a comfortable shower in. Jetted hot tubs don't work. Overall it was nice though but I'd make sure the hot water works before I stay again 🤦🏿‍♂️. The house was clean though besides the pool and outside door spiderwebbs.

Getaway before kids went back to school

The property was everything the host said it would be. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, all bathrooms were amazing with showers fit for royalty. Located not far from all attractions and wonderful lake view. Can’t wait to visit again

Excellent spot for family gathering

Plenty of space for gathering or hiding out. Kitchens are fully equipped. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Supermarket less than ten minutes away. Perfect spot.

This home has a great lay out for multiple families, great view of the lake and close to all amenities.
