This spacious, luxury townhome is the perfect lodging option for large families. The home is located just a block from the Steamboat Ski area. Guests take pleasure in the stunning views of the Steamboat Ski area through nine-foot windows and from the private deck. Ideal for aprĂšs-ski entertaining, this professionally-decorated two-level townhome features an expansive living/dining room appointed with fine furnishings, cathedral ceilings, and a river-rock gas log fireplace. There is a fully-equipped, top-quality kitchen with a breakfast bar, a laundry room with a washer and dryer (detergent provided), complimentary WiFi and internet, TVs, a DVD player, a stereo, and a private, one-car garage. The main bedroom features an attached bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has an attached bath. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a sofabed in the main living area for extra sleeping space. Guests at Evergreens enjoy amenities such as an outdoor heated pool and winter shuttle services to take guests to skiing, shopping, dining, and other activities.

This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ).
