House was very large and nice for our family. It was in a perfect location close to the lifts, stores and not far from downtown. We would definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful time! Great house for larger group, well stocked, and ski slopes are a short shuttle away. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Steamboat Home for 4th

Great place to stay, grab your bikes and bike to downtown or walk to the ski hill. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic property and owner!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property has all the amenities we could expect and the location was a short walk to a public transportation stop. The layout is perfect for a large group.

Great space with a short shuttle ride to the mountain

Spacious 4 bedroom condo with easy access to the mountain. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. More towels, soap and hairdryers would be a welcome addition. Very nice place to stay!

Friends 4th of July Getaway

Family and friends got together for a nice long weekend. It was the perfect house. The 3rd story room was perfect for all the boys- they had a blast!

Fun Home in a Great Location

We were a large group of guys celebrating in steamboat springs. We wanted a spacious home near the mountain for skiing. We found the perfect place - very clean, spacious, and beautiful layout. To top it off, the owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home!

Amazing home with great location

We stayed with two other family’s and five young children. This house had plenty of space for us to spread out and large living/dining/kitchen for us to gather. It was clean, checkin and checkout were simple and communication with owners was quick - which allowed us to really enjoy our stay. We will definitely stay again on our next trip up to Steamboat!

We had a great time at this house with our three families. Our boys enjoyed being on a culdasac so they could sled and snow fight. The adults had plenty of space and it was close enough to walk to slopes if we didn’t want to wait on the bus or Uber

Great Property and Great Location

Everything was clean and comfortable, well stocked, and in good shape. We enjoyed cooking at the house the entire time. The shuttle location is perfect to get to the mountain since they are limiting riders and the house is at the beginning of the route. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and having a grill is a bonus. The host was very responsive to any inquiry and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Presidents Day

Overall a great location to the mountain and ski area. Riding the bus was simple and easy walk from house. The house was clean and very nice amenities. Hot tub was great to use after skiing each day. Recommendations: - more towels for large groups especially with hot tub - hanging racks for coats and shoes in main entry way - water pressure for showers Overall very pleased!

Spring Break 2023

This property is AWESOME! The location is great! There was more than enough room for 5 adults and 2 children. Parking for 3 cars was appreciated. The new hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. Chris is very informative and responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

Well stocked kitchen with plenty of refrigerator space. Surface level clean but could use deeper cleaning-in corners, under beds. Pots, pans and baking pans getting pretty worn.

I booked this property because it said no pets allowed. I was super disappointed to learn upon checkin that this was not a pet free rental. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE. The floors. couches amd pillows were covered in hair.

We are sorry that this is the first time we’re hearing of this, as we absolutely would have sent our cleaners over to address! This is a pet free rental, but it is also a home, and the owners occasionally visit with their dog. Our cleaners do a fantastic job, and have had no concerns from any other guests in the 400+ nights rented! Nonetheless, we appreciate the feedback and will take this opportunity to continue to improve and provide the best guest experience possible!
