AC is not needed here, as the nice fresh breeze is blowing over the lake, keeping the temperature cool, throughout the year. The house is completely self-sustainable generating its own electricity through solar panels and water through a professional water filter system.
The 3 Bedrooms + 1 Mezzanine all come with King Size Beds and Private ensuite Bathrooms. Free WIFI is available throughout the villa.
The Villa has a very warm atmosphere with modern elegant wooden furniture mixed with local details. Enjoy the outdoor terrace, the stunning mountain and lake view. Go for a swim in the private infinity pool or enjoy some typical Dominican Food prepared by our chef (for a small additional fee). The Villa also comes with a Spacious garden, Palapa, Sunbeds and we'd be happy to organize activities such as Horseriding, Mountain biking, Kayaking, Massages, Lake Access, Helicopter Transfers, etc
