Inside, the cozy yet spacious layout makes it easy to relax. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a warm and inviting living area with a fireplace, smart TV, and premium sound system - all designed to help you feel right at home. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase sweeping mountain views, and the private deck and hot tub offer a front-row seat to nature - complete with occasional moose and bear sightings!

You’re close enough to walk to scenic trails, the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and the shops and dining in the village, yet far enough from the buzz of downtown to enjoy peaceful mountain evenings. After a day on the slopes or exploring the high country, unwind in the steam shower or jetted tub, or grill out as the sun sets behind the peaks.

Head nine miles north to Dillon Reservoir and book a guided experience with Alpine Fishing Adventures, where you can reel in brown trout, arctic char, kokanee salmon, and rainbow trout in one of Colorado’s most scenic alpine lakes.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
