We had a nice stay in this comfortable home. We were there in October and enjoyed the trails next to the unit. It had a perfect room layout for our family (parents, grandmother and two kids). The kids loved the downstairs room filled with toys (a room best for kids four and up).

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and everything we could have needed was there for us. We loved the view of the mountains and we got to see a moose from right out the back door! Overall it was a perfect stay!

We had a perfect stay! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with stunning scenery. There was plenty of space to spread out, with games and activities to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking meals, and there were plenty of seating options for family meals around the table. We would highly recommend this stay to friends and family.

We had such a wonderful stay here with our two little girls - ages 1 and (almost) 4! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Breckenridge at peak golden aspen season.As a family with young kids, we especially appreciated all the thoughtful details. There were so many toys & books for the girls to play with, a baby gate to set up at the stairs to give us peace of mind with our 1-year-old, and blackout curtains that were perfect for naps. The beds were also very comfortable!The location was one of our favorite things. It was only about a 5-minute drive to downtown, which was perfect for us. We loved being just far enough away from the bustle of downtown to feel peaceful, while still being close enough to easily head into town whenever we wanted. The mountain views from the windows were absolutely beautiful too!We also cooked several meals at the house and really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, including lots of seasoning options. And whenever we had a question, the host was very responsive and helpful.We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it, especially to families with young kids!

Probably the nicest, most responsive vrbo hosts we've ever encountered! Place was perfect for our two families of four. Loved how close the shuttle bus was and absolutely loved having a hot tub right out of the kitchen door.

The condo was very clean inside and out. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I have seen in a rental. They provided plenty of towels, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! We had a 1.5 and 4 year old, and I really appreciated that it was kid friendly and had all the gear we needed (pack n play and high chair) and lots of extra toys and books to entertain them! The hot tub was great, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The bedrooms all had blackout shades as well (also great for the kiddos). The location was nice, just a five minute drive up from main street, and it had great views. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Wedding Trip

This place is located so close to town and all the restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for everyone to stay and relax after our elopement. Hot tub is great for after long cold hikes.

Great place on the south end of Breck!

Nice property! Stunningly well equipped; all the basics are covered in the kitchen and bathrooms, and then way beyond with all sorts of spices such. Lots of extra blankets, comfy beds, etc. Quiet area at the end of a small development that's out on its own. Hot tub is nice as well.

Amazing stay! Had everything we needed and more!

We stayed for a summer weekend trip (first week of June) and the location was amazing - only 5 minutes or less to the downtown shops/restaurants. We had our toddler with us too and there was a trail right outside the condo which we walked and it was really cool, the views are amazing. The condo had everything for a toddler and super spacious for our family of 7. Great stay, great location and the hot tub was a plus!

Nurses weekend away

Wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable, beautiful views and close to town. Loved how well stocked the home was. Kitchen was stocked with oils, spices and condiments. Bathrooms had body wash and face wash and plenty of TP. Hot tub was wonderful! We loved everything about this home

Beautiful mountainside condo

The condo had access to the mountain trails right at the front door ! No need to drive to hike! Also, there was a very nice hot tub!

Beautiful, spacious and clean!

Can’t recommend this property enough! Beautiful views. There is so much room inside. Everything is well-stocked and labeled so you know where everything is. And you can’t beat the private hot tub with a view!
