Enjoying ski-in/ski-out access to the Snowflake lift at the base of Breckenridge, this amazing home is just what you and your family have been waiting to find for your next winter vacation! Inside, a stately gas fireplace overlooks the grand living room filled with natural light and comfortable furniture. You'll love the rustic mountain decor throughout the home, especially when you serve your guests at your next dinner party. The full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and pretty cookware to help you turn out your masterpieces. Serve everyone at the large dining table while the kids hang out on the barstools of the breakfast bar.

Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was amazing and the fact that the Snowflake lift was right there made skiing in and out a breeze. The free shuttle was game changing and made getting anywhere around town super easy! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great vacation home!

We loved the space and the floor plan, everyone has privacy, the extra bathrooms are super nice. The amenities such as hot tubs, swimming pool, steam rooms, game room, etc are awesome too. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Summer Trip

We stayed here with our two kids and my parents for a family trip to the mountains and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was just perfect and the kids loved the arcade. Pool was heated nicely and the three large hot tubs were great! We enjoyed the free shuttle to town and also walked to town and back one day. Would love to come back and stay again!

Great location for active family

Great location about .3 miles from downtown Breckenridge. Walk or take the free shuttle. Plenty of luggage carts in the underground parking lot made loading and unloading a breeze. Our family of five adults enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Would rent again on a return trip.

Better than expected-ruined for life

The property was even better than the pictures and description. The perfect setting for a great ski vacation. rentals and lift tix on the bottom floor and the lift to the mountain is a few steps away. The front desk and shuttle service was amazing-super helpful and always there in just a few minutes to take us anywhere in Breck.

The location was great. Next to Snowflake lift. Easy walk to town. They were very attentive when we needed help. (Ice maker not working. ) Beds very comfortable. Would recommend!!

Perfect stay.

We loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated with a large open kitchen, dining, living space. Everything was first class. What a location, this condo overlooks the pool and hot tubs which we used a number of times. Also the condo is located in a beautiful setting and close to downtown. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely choose it again.

Not a happy experience

The room itself was great. Nice open room, nice furniture, beds, kitchen. It was customer service that was awful. Been coming to this resort 10 years and never have we had so many issues with customer service. And they weren't busy. The only one who has it together was Nate. He was very friendly and knew what was going on. If he was in charge this customer service would be outstanding. For what it costs to stay here this should be 5 stars and it's not.

SPECTACULAR

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluesky Breckenridge, and I can't say enough good things about this place. The spacious and beautiful accommodations immediately caught my eye. The attention to detail and well-appointed rooms made our stay incredibly comfortable. There were six of us (3 couples) and everyone had their own bathroom and the beds were super comfortable. One standout feature was the convenient location. It was a breeze to get around Breckenridge, thanks to the free transportation services offered. This made exploring the town and getting to Octoberfest a breeze. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the top-notch customer service provided by Nate, our Bluesky shuttle driver. His recommendations and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our stay that we truly appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. Bluesky Breckenridge exceeded our expectations with communication, its spacious layout, well-appointed rooms, convenient location, and exceptional customer service, with Nate being a standout ambassador for the establishment. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Breckenridge. We will certainly be back!!

Awesome summertime stay for all ages

We could not have been more impressed with Blue Sky and this unit in particular. It was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable - it had it all. And a great location. The desk staff and Blue Sky were also so nice and really conversational. Got some college tips while there! Free shuttle also a great bonus.
