(** PLEASE note 2-nights stays are ONLY accepted during the summer and fall months, May thru October! Minimum stay during the winter months is 3 nights. Any requests for less than 3 nights during the winter months will NOT be accepted and your reservation will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon - thank you!**)

(*** Please note that Breckenridge resort has announced an opening date of Friday, Nov 6th for the upcoming '26 / '27 winter season. The Quiksilver chairlift at the base of Peak 9 next to our building usually opens about 2 weeks afterwards, depending on weather!***)

Do you or your family need a ski vacation or summer getaway? Why not spend it in our clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, partial mountain-view condo at the Village at Breckenridge? Our spacious 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom floor plan has 1,150 square feet of space. Our corner unit condo is in the Shavano Building on the 4th floor.

Our condo is a block off of main street and within walking distance from some of the finest restaurants and shopping that Breck has to offer. We are located directly next to the Quiksilver high-speed chair lift at the base of the Peak 9 area.

Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. The master bedroom has a plush, king-size bed. It also has an 8-drawer dresser as well as a desk & chair. The master bath has a walk-in shower with bench to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.

The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed along with a bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a tub shower.

There is also a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space, if needed.

There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We have lovingly decorated our condo with all of your creature comforts from home. Treat it as your 'home-away-from-home'. A great place to vacation with family / friends or as a romantic getaway!

Parking is limited to one vehicle only and subject to availability at time of reservation. Please note that parking is NOT guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
(Off-site parking recommendations are available for 2nd vehicle, if needed.)

Please note that our unit does NOT have a washer/dryer. There is a dedicated, credit-card operated laundry room on our floor just 2 doors down the hall from our condo.

Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.

Please NO smoking and NO pets!

Owner was extremely responsive & had helpfull intel about the surrounding area including recommendations. Property access is controlled through an app that was shared prior to arrival and worked seemlessly. Would highly recommend for all seasons.

Absolutely beautiful condo: clean, spacious, updated, well appointed, comfortable beds and furniture. Large kitchen with more than enough dinnerware, silverware, cookware. It even had basic coffee and food items such as olive oil, spices, condiments, etc.We had a toddler that enjoyed the kiddy (heated) pool area and game room. Son-in-law used the gym, hot tub and sauna every morning. Lee was very responsive (and patient ) to my texts, clear with communication and flexible regarding any requests that I had. We were right in the action. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance, even with a toddler. Hardly used the car the entire stay.I would give this a 10 review if I could. We will definitely stay again!!

Lee is an incredibly attentive host. He made sure everything was ready for us and communicated every detail. The condo was immaculately clean, well-appointed with everything you might need, SO very comfortable, (we almost snuck the master bedroom mattress out ), and SO convenient to all things Breck. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Continental Divide Wine Bar, (just downstairs), on Friday night where we enjoyed live music on their patio and sipped Colorado wines, and we had an amazing breakfast at Bold, (also just downstairs) Saturday morning. Many places on Main Street are only a short walk away. We didn't need to drive the car out of the parking garage all weekend.As fellow VRBO hosts, we HIGHLY recommend this condo and Lee.We will be back for sure!Jennifer

Excellent communication with the host. He made it extremely easy to access the parking garage and condo. It is located in a well-used building, but the condo itself is well equipped and was extremely clean. Mountain views are limited, but location and parking are premium if attending events at Sauce on The Maggie, on the surrounding plaza area, or shopping downtown. Open windows and deck slider offered a lovely cool late August evening breeze.The unpredictability of hot water caused some concern until we learned to run all hot water faucets wide open for a few minutes to draw the water to the 4th floor. After that, hot water was plentiful.

Best location on the mountain. The unit was clean and generously appointed. The bathrooms were updated, the kitchen was big and had everything we could have needed. The unit was spacious, and quick walk to Quicksilver lift and Main Street. The owner was communicative and friendly. We'll likely reserve this spot again - great for 4 - 5 guests.

Loved the condo, especially the location! Lee was a great host and communicated well. Beautiful and very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Would definitely go back here!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This condo was completely renovated before we bought it. It is extremely comfortable with all of the amenities you would expect in a high-end ski condo. Breckenridge is a premier Colorado ski resort and we are a 1-minute walk to the Quiksilver chairlift from the lobby of our building. And depending on where you want to go in town, we are anywhere from a 2 to 10 minute walk to all of the shops / restaurants along Main Street!
