This serene top-floor 2- bedroom, 2-bathroom condo faces west overlooking the slope and features top-tier amenities. With ski-in/ski-out access, you will have no trouble making that first line in the snow each morning and stopping home for lunch before heading back out on the mountain.
Let your family and friends kick back and relax when you book this luxurious BlueSky Breckenridge mountain home. This condo offers a master bedroom suite with a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has queen bed and a twin loft bed above the queen. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room allows space for up to 7 guests. Relax in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy pristine views from the private balcony.
The gourmet kitchen has everything you need including a full-sized refrigerator & freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table for 6. This top-floor unit is 1100 square feet with vaulted ceilings and has a slope-side mountain view of the forested trails and parts of the Ten Mile Range.
Your family will have no issues finding spaces to come together at BlueSky condominiums. The lobby area features a wonderful sitting area and plenty of space to relax outside of your condo. Guests will love relaxing in one of the three oversized hot tubs, swimming in the heated pool, playing in the game room, or getting a workout in gym including a Peloton. Additional resort amenities include steam rooms, boot lockers, concierge desk, grills, complimentary on call shuttle, meeting space, library working space, onsite ski rentals, onsite ticket window, and complimentary ski storage. Don’t miss the best spa in town, The Spa at Breckenridge, which is located inside the BlueSky building.
Things to Know Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, 24 hour front desk, and complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.The Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Bluesky in Breckenridge
The Grounds are beautiful. The pool and hot tubs are so nice and clean. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Love the decks. We’ve stayed here many times and have always enjoyed. Front desk staff were awesome.

Ski in and ski out from 4 O'Clock lift which is steps away. Nice amenities on property including hot tubs, pool and Charter Sports downstairs for rentals and storage.

Beautiful & Convenient
This place was lovely and a perfect space for a family of four. We loved the decor and everything was very clean and felt new. We really enjoyed our aprés ski down at the heated pool (amazing!) and hot tubs, especially during a snow storm. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Alex and Kyle. The shuttle to/from town was great. Can’t wait to come back!

The property was perfectly located near the ski shop and lift. It was convenient to store the ski gear just steps away from the lift. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The condo and property was clean and well appointed. We had a fabulous time!

Blue Sky was perfect for our family ski vacation. Unit 604N was great. Very clean and quiet. More than enough room for our family of 5. Location is ski in and ski out. Ski rentals in the building and storage for boots and skis could not have been more convenient.

Beautiful condo
We have stayed almost everywhere in Breck over the years, and Blue Sky was superior to most. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of five. The pool and hot tubs were great, with an amazing view. Also, the fact that its not right in town was no problem. The shuttle service was fast and efficient. Very thankful for our shuttle drivers during out stay. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.

Not For Us
I booked through VRBO, but then Vacasa was who took over the booking. Had to download their app to access rental and communicate. Guessing it is a corporate owned unit instead of an individual. They told us there would be the possibility of checking in early, which was great news since we were coming in that morning to ski that day. Don at the front desk was great! He gave us access to use the parking spot, the locker room, and would let us know when room was ready. However the parking spot was not available, had previous renter still in it, even though they had to be checked out by 10:00 a.m. However Don gave us a spot in front to park, which was awesome! Never did hear from anyone when the room was available. I did message owner about parking and heard back two days later when it didn’t matter. Their communication was awful! If the front desk couldn’t help you, might as well forget it. Building layout was not good either. You could not take one elevator to the floor you wanted. You had to take an elevator to a mid-level floor and then walk down to another elevator to go to the lower floor where the locker room was. The game room was a disappointment. Games were not included in rental, had to pay to play. Prices were higher than normal arcades as well. The rental kitchen amenities were limited at best compared to places we usually stay. Kitchen was cramped and very little counter space.The covered parking and locker room were the highlights. Will not rent here again.

Great home base in Breck!
This place is located in the best location with a lift just out the door. Right next to a ski rental shop and boot lockers. Nice hot tub, great rooms, thing LD can always improve. Shuttle service is a little slow at times, arcade machines will steal your money 🤣, and enjoy the 20-100 new bouncy balls your kids will bring home. Overall highly recommended. Great spot!!
