The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo designed for easy days on the slopes and relaxed evenings together. With 2 bedrooms on the main level, a fun ladder-accessed loft, and 2 full bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), the layout keeps everyone comfortable.
After your mountain adventures, unwind with a soak in the hot tub or head to the communityâs outdoor pool when the sunâs out. Each main-floor bedroom features a queen bed and its own TV for low-key downtime, and WiFi is provided to keep you connected. Youâll be close to Main Street for coffee, snacks, and an easy stroll along the riverwalk.

Important Things to Note
âą Stairs & ladder: Stairs are required, and the loft is accessed by a ladder. Please review photos to ensure this setup works for your group. Private entrance on the third floor of the building. This building does not have an elevator.
âą WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Breckenridgeâs remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
âą Parking: Parking for up to 2 vehicles in unassigned spots. A parking pass is required and is provided in the unit.
âą Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly, as evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning charges.
âą Communal amenities: The pool is communal and located within the community. Availability can vary.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
âą We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on whatâs included.

Getting Around:
Ski & town access: About a 5-minute walk to the Snowflake Lift and Four OâClock ski run access. Youâre also roughly a 5-minute walk to Sawmill Trail/Sawmill Reservoir, the Blue River Path and Riverwalk lawn by Main Street, and family-friendly shops, cafes, and ice cream. Mountain-view photo spots are nearby along Ski Hill Road and Blue River Plaza.
