Vacation right in the center of it all at this Main Street Station condo, where you'll be just a few steps from the bustling hub of downtown Breckenridge and the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9.

Built in 2001, this 1,665-square-foot condo is full of western inspiration, including beautiful accents of wood, leather, and elements of nature. Sip your morning coffee with a view of the mountains on the balcony, flip through the newspaper in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and grab a toasty pair of socks from the washer/dryer. When you're not skiing, snowboarding, golfing, or hiking in the surrounding area, you'll also have use of a large outdoor swimming pool, multiple hot tubs, and a fitness room right on the property.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The QuickSilver Super Chair is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a great condo with amenities on property. You’re still close enough to town and rentals to walk pretty much everywhere. Short walk to the slopes. Not quite the cleanest place but great for a big family trip.

Great property!

This is a very spacious condo with the perfect location! Check in was super easy as was check out. Property was super clean. Close to everything and very easy to get to. We especially loved the big dining table! Overall, a perfect property to enjoy Breck.

Great Ski Vacation Location

What a great property! We walked to the slopes, ski rental, and town! The unit is very spacious and comfortable, and has a nice view of the mountain. Check in was super easy, and the underground parking (for one vehicle) was very nice. We will try to stay here again on our next ski trip!

Perfect Main Street location

This condo is in a fabulous location right in the heart of downtown Breck. Restaurants, coffee shops & shopping right outside the door. The condo is well-equipped with everything you will need on your trip. There's lots of seating for group dinners and lounging around. Vacasa is super responsive to any issues and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay!

Amazing location to downtown Breckenridge.! Beautiful views. Clean comfy condo.. we also held a rehearsal dinner in Pioneerroom and Adam and his team went above and beyond to help us plan a perfect event! Can’t recommend this whole establishment high enough!

Great vacation rental

Rental was clean and very well kept. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a small family reunion. The hot tubs, heated pool and workout facility was nice as well. The location is great and easy access to all Breck has to offer. the only sad point was the fireplace did not work and the maintenance individuals ignored our request two times for help to fix it. Overall, though we would stay here again.

Texas springbreakers looking for the slopes!

We had a blast and loved the property. The best part was the beds. It’s hard to find a place with nice beds that are fairly new. What a win! The only recommendation would be to have more lighting in the bedrooms. The lamps were nice but hard to see at night. Location was perfect, property team was kind. Parking was a breeze!

Anniversary Vacation

Great location, very good condo. Communication was great once on-site although it was difficult to get answers to our questions weeks before the trip. Photos in listing did not match condo. Fortunately the condo was updated and it did match the virtual tour. Floors and showers could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.
