Main Street Vacation Home est une maison de style victorien de 3 chambres située dans le centre de la ville historique de Breckenridge sur la rue Main, à seulement deux minutes à pied de la télécabine. La maison a 2200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie avec un bain à remous extérieur.

Cette jolie maison de location de vacances fait partie du quartier de Brittany Place. La propriĂ©tĂ© paysagĂ©e professionnellement a une belle cour centrale et des trottoirs communicants. SituĂ© au cƓur de Breckenridge, vous pouvez vous rendre Ă  pied Ă  tous les restaurants et magasins de la ville. De plus, vous avez accĂšs Ă  la navette gratuite pour vous rendre dans les autres stations de ski. Il y a des vues sur la montagne depuis le porche.

Cette charmante maison de 2 étages comprend une cuisine récemment rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, du parquet, de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit. Les installations comprennent un foyer au gaz, un bain à remous extérieur, trois téléviseurs haute définition, Internet sans fil haute vitesse et un gril à gaz

La maison peut accueillir de six à dix personnes. La chambre principale est au deuxiÚme niveau et dispose d'un lit king size, d'une salle de bain principale et d'une terrasse privée. Il y a aussi une chambre queen au deuxiÚme niveau avec sa propre salle de bain et une baignoire à jets. Au niveau inférieur, la troisiÚme chambre a une couchette pleine / double, queen, twin et une salle de bain complÚte. Un canapé-lit dans la salle de télévision en bas peut accueillir jusqu'à deux personnes supplémentaires.

Le bain Ă  remous et le gril Ă  gaz sont situĂ©s sur le porche arriĂšre oĂč vous pourrez profiter des repas d'Ă©tĂ©. La cour avant est un jardin vivace oĂč vous pourrez profiter des Ă©tĂ©s frais de la montagne.

We loved our stay in this beautiful Breckenridge home. Large, cozy, extremely walkable - had all the amenities you could want. Our only complaint was the road noise we heard while in the front upstairs bedroom. We're not used to that type of noise and it kept us from sleeping soundly. Otherwise the place is perfect.

Wonderful house and location!

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. I can’t imagine a better location to experience Breckenridge! We walked to the gondola each day in about 3 minutes! We also walked daily to awesome restaurants, shops, and the market. The house is well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. We hope to return again! Our favorite place to stay in town for a wonderful family trip!

Perfect spring ski

Great location, so close to the gondola and downtown. It make it so easy for our group of 7 to each go at their own pace. The house is perfect and better than we anticipated. The hot tub was amazing and it had all of the great touches for an excellent ski vacation.

Breck fam trip 2025

Our third trip to Breck and second at 304B Main. It has become our go-to place! Fantastic house and furnishings, perfect location for getting to the mountain and Main Street. Private hot tub at the end of the day can’t be beat. Already planning next year’s trip. Thanks, Brad, for another awesome stay.

Mother Son ski trip with friends

We had a great stay at the property in Breckinridge! We were there with our three 11 year old boys. There was plenty of room and the location on Main Street and by the gondola was ideal! We went skiing every day and it was so easy to get up the mountain. I highly recommend this rental!

Everything you could ever want!

We stayed in this gem for our annual ski trip with a group of friends and let me tell you - it was absolutely PERFECT. Our group consisted of 3 couples and we stayed here for a full week. When we arrived, finding the garage was somewhat confusing based on the instructions given but ultimately no issues. We were able to fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the garage. Having the extra parking spaces next to it for the other rental was so nice. The garage and parking spaces are behind the house. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - pots, pans, crockpot, spices, foil, etc. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner multiple nights and loved how spacious the kitchen and dining area was. In terms of the bedrooms, 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths. All very spacious, comfortable, private. Our only qualm was that there was no dresser in any of the bedrooms to unpack suitcases into. Every room had plenty of closet space. The king bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Loved that there was a TV.Other amenities that truly made the house top-notch: the ski locker on the front porch, the boot cubbies in the foyer, the boot warmers!!!, the fireplace in the living room, the hottub, the washer and dryer. Oh - and I haven't even mentioned the location! 2 minute walk to the gondola. Right on Main Street. Spitting distance from multiple bars and restaurants. This house stole our hearts and made our trip. We'll be staying here whenever we come back to Breckenridge!

Breck Holiday

This house was perfect. Great location. Close to gondola to head to the mountain for a day of skiing. Right on Main Street so easy to walk to town for shopping or food. House was beautifully decorated, plenty of space, lots of amenities (shampoo/soaps, towels, lots of spices, plenty of thing to use to cook, all kinds. Of glasses. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

We took the family trip for an early Christmas present and it was the prefect time to come . Mid December there was snow, all the town Christmas lights were lit and not super crowded yet . The pictures of the house didn't do it justice !!! We were very comfortable there with a family of 8. We ate at Eric's basement the first night and took to go .Quick and good food and kid friendly. We also went on a date night to legends steak and seafood ... food and drink 10/10.. I must note it is on the more expensive side .i can't speak enough about how easy it was to get around .... the gondola and busing system is right across the street from the house .we did snow mobling, tubbing and winter sleigh ride. You don't have to be a skier to enoy the sweet town of Breckenridge. We will be making this a family tradition !

Location, location, location! Our new favorite place in Breck! Was everything advertised and more. Easy walk to gondola. Well furnished kitchen. Spacious rooms and a bathroom for everyone. And Daylight Donuts across the street! Brad was very responsive to our questions. Already looking to book for next year.

A house and location to please all

The house and location was even better than expected. We had a group with varied interests and everyone was happy. Skiers, shoppers, and wanderers could come and go with ease and the house and hot tub provided a comfortable gathering space for all at the end of the day. We’d love to return next year.

AMAZING

This was the best home and location for our family vacation. We have been coming to Breckenridge for several years and we will absolutely return to this home. The communication with the home owner was excellent. We didn't get in our vehicles the entire week.
