Papakea G105 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor unit that sleeps up to 7 guests with partial ocean views and just steps to the pool! Feel the Aloha as soon as you walk in, with the spacious living room and authentic Hawaiian style furnishings. This condo offers a remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals in house. The kitchen boasts updated appliances, custom cabinets and lighting. Relax on the King size bed in the master bedroom with partial ocean views. The upgraded master bathroom features a beautiful walk in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a twin size bed perfect for families or extra guests! The second bathroom also features an updated walk in shower. Find a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Stay cool after a long day at the beach or pool with a split AC system in the living room and Master bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. This unit has a washer and dryer for added convenience. WiFi and cable TV are also provided for guest use and enjoyment.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins August 5th, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around September 22nd, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

We appreciated being on the first floor, as it was easy to go to the pool or sit by the ocean. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking pots, dishes and utensils. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and the air conditioners in the common space and primary bedroom.

The condo is just as pictured. Beautiful view, clean, comfortable beds and nice showers with soap, shampoo and conditioner and lotion. Has a few washer pods and dish pods to get you started. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas to take on your adventure for the day. Resort pools are clean and not crowded. No beach but it is a very short walk away.

The condo was great! Ground floor made it easy to get in and out to go to the pool or putt a round of golf. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for an extended stay on the island. We would come back again to this condo!

Loved the location and the resort amenities! The stove top worked fine. There were several buttons on the oven control (including time setting) that do not work. Several of the bulbs in the kitchen/living room were burnt out and needed to be replaced. The support staff responded quickly to replace. Not all the bulbs were working even after they came but much improved. The curtain/shade for the living room sliding glass door were not functioning well/at all. Most of the shade where it was supposed to be attached (at the top) were not connected. (Needs to be repaired.) The wifi issues were quickly resolved when support staff came to assist. The second bedroom (did not have AC) was very warm, and could have used some better ventilation. The shared bathroom shower lever needs maintenance. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort and condo, but the place needs a little TLC. Thank you!

Great Little Place

The unit is well-equipped with kitchen and beach supplies, and the surrounding property is very-well maintained and ideally situated next to the ocean and walking distance to shops. Our kids enjoyed the ground-floor and the ease of playing on the grass/at the pool. Cons: the place was a little untidy upon arrival and we had to do some light cleaning (mopping/dusting), and showing some wear and tear (broken lights, curtains, broken kettle, etc.). The backroom has no A/C and was quite hot at night even with the little fan provided. We pointed out all these things to management on our departure, and they seemed receptive to the feedback. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We've been to the Papakea several times now and would definitely return to this unit again. Thanks for hosting us!

Papakea Resort Condo

The location was awesome, great access to the pool, and the kitchen was well equipped. We also appreciated all of the beach supplies. However, the TV in the main living area was tiny, and the 2nd bathroom had a few issues. The faucet was wobbly and the knob to turn on the shower was missing. Also, their was no actual air unit in the 2nd bedroom, and the screen door was off the tracks and did not work. We also had issues with the freezer.

Perfect location, clean, and excellent service

The customer service that we received from My Perfect Stays was truly exceptional. We had some logistical issues upon arrival to Maui, and Zac from My Perfect Stays went above and beyond to sort everything out. He checked in on us to make sure that we were comfortable, and if we had any concerns, he was always available. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone planning a trip to Maui. The location at Papakea was also so, so wonderful. The place was clean and well-stocked with items ranging from beach towels to a rice cooker that made our week-long stay comfortable and convenient. Small details go a long way, and that was certainly the case for My Perfect Stays -- from complimentary kona coffee to spotlessly clean bathrooms. The resort was right in front of the ocean and beautifully maintained. It's quiet and peaceful, and you hear the ocean waves and birds chirping right outside the window. (One thing that I loved about this place was the relaxed environment -- it's family friendly, and people are quietly lounging by the ocean, strolling along the beach at sunrise, sipping coffee and reading on their balconies; no loud yelling and partying. We left this place feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.) There are also multiple pools and jacuzzis on the property so you don't have to worry about things getting crowded. The maintenance staff was also very friendly and helpful. This place was so beautiful that we spent a couple of days just hanging out at the resort, playing in the pools and watching the sunset right outside our door. No need to drive to the beach (although if you do, it's a pretty short drive -- the location is very convenient.)

Overall we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, beautiful grounds, and easy parking. The master bedroom and family room air conditioning worked well. However the back bedroom did not have air conditioning so it was warm. There was a fan that helped. Also very nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards provided. Kitchen also had plenty of items to allow for making meals.

What more could you ask for?

Had just about everything we needed and the location was so perfectly located we didn’t really need our car once we got there. The pools were great. Loved being on the bottom floor. About as close to the Pacific Ocean as possible. We would consider ourselves lucky to be able to stay there again!

Beautiful little condo that needs some updates

The condo is much prettier in person than in the photos, and is super convenient on the ground floor. There’s tons of items for the beach including really nice boogie boards. My only cons were that the microwave was broken, so we had to reheat everything on the stove. And there’s no AC in the back bedroom, and since the windows are more like slats/shutters the room just didn’t cool down, so we had to move the mattress to the master bedroom because it was too hot for our kids to sleep in there. Also, you could hear EVERYTHING outside of the windows because there’s just no insulation. All that said, we’d for sure stay in this condo again!

Excellent vacation

Very nice property, the condo itself was well equipped and clean. We had one maintenance issue with the fridge that was addressed within hours. The condo grounds are excellent. The pool was nice with multiple grills for use, all very clean. Quiet hours were respected. Parking was easy. I definitely recommend the property!

BEWARE RENTING THIS PROPERTY. Refrigerator constantly leaked inside freezer and somehow thaw and spill onto kitchen floor in big puddle (repair guys came out twice but water was still leaking into freezer floor and then the ice maker stopped making ice), master shower door hanging by top only so swung freely so dangerous (had that fixed) other shower door would slam into the edge of tile (had that fixed), screen to the patio broken, never repaired so totally unusable, sliding glass door aged and scratched plus hard to lock (had that fixed but still hard to close and lock), main closet half side was stuffed with this big , heavy mattress (for the sleeper sofa?) and other folding mattress thing plus all the extra bedding for this on top shelve leaving us with half a closet, the three fans were on high (#4) but barely went around (repair guy said there were wired wrong and that #1 was the fasted speed. Why not put that in the house book?), remote for living room TV was damaged so TV was hard to turn on/off (My Perfect Stay just dropped off a new remote but it had to be programmed ???)We called My Perfect Stay many times for their repairmen; some of the things were fixed; others were not. First time we ran the washing machine at night and it was so loud, we felt bad for the next door neighbors. We were on vacation...we should not have to doing this. The complex, grounds are wonderfully taken care of and we would stay again in this complex, just not this unit.

Pleasant stay with family

PROS: The condo is in a great location and the ocean view is amazing. We saw whales a couple times. It's a short 12min drive to Front street and the harbor. CONS: There was graham crackers on the floor when we entered and the sofa had stains which made me uncomfortable especially since we had young children. There is no ac unit in the bedroom with the queen size bed so it did get warm in there. shower door in master bath is not on a bottom track, which is dangerous and the glass is swings out some when you move it. No cover/blanket for the queen sleeper sofa. Just sheets. Overall, everything was lovely.
