RECENT MODERN CONSTRUCTION

Welcome to our home in paradise. Less than 15 minutes to Healdsburg Square, but a world away. Recently constructed in 2020, our 5 bedroom house is located on 50 acres with vast views. You will have privacy and serenity, but not isolation. Work from home with a private office and printer.

You will enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest at our home, designed to be sustainable and integrate with the natural surroundings, including plentiful redwoods and madrone trees. Perfect for two families to share, as two sets of bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house separated by the great room. 5 bathrooms, 4 indoor showers, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming.

Enjoy a walk in the woods, a nap in the hammock, morning coffee on the patio, lunch by the pool, yoga on the manicured lawn, or a glass of wine by the fire.

East wing (1st floor):
- Master Bedroom: King bed and master bathroom
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin bunks (4 beds total)

West wing (2nd floor):
- Bedroom 4: King bed, ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 5: King bed, ensuite bathroom

A few caveats: the final 0.75 miles is on a dirt road, steep in places. Low clearance vehicles (e.g. sport cars) are not recommended; SUV/4WD recommended during rainy season. Cell service is spotty (AT&T is fine), but wifi is strong and calls/texts can be made by enabling wifi calling.

Fabulous home and well appointed

Beautiful home in the Sonoma hills. House was well equipped with everything we expected. Location appears to be a bit far from Healdsburg, but as advertised it is 15 minutes away. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and many games and toys provided The secluded setting in the hills was quite and the view amazing. Thanks to Billy & Melissa for a wonderful stay.

Phenomenal family holiday getaway

This exceptional property - both the grounds and house itself - are a true escape; surrounded by beautiful Sonoma vistas and crisp fall air. My extended family group spent the holiday here, the house has plenty of space and open floor plan that allows everyone to congregate indoors or out for meals, games, and laughs. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen stocked incredibly well for cooking a large holiday meal. Will be hoping to come back again many times for family gatherings in the future.

The house and grounds were beautiful. We celebrated our youngest son's 30th birthday (6 adults). There was more than enough room for everybody; we liked the layout with 2 separate wings for bedrooms. We loved the modern design of the interior and exterior. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cancelled a big dinner out one night because we enjoyed the house so much and just wanted to prepare our own food and drink our own wine. Views were great. So peaceful. My favorite VRBO stay so far. Host/hostess answered any questions we had. I'm not sure what else I can add. We'd love to return.

Stunning Healdsburg property

Enchanting and peaceful location!

We (6 adults and 2 young children) spent a wonderful week at Cloud Ridge. The house is perfectly situated to take advantage of the beautiful and peaceful scenery - one has a 180-degree view of lovely hills covered with trees. The house itself is modern and very nicely designed and appointed. The pool is quite large and was enjoyed by all. We all loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Perfect vacation

We had such a beautiful stay here. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The location is about a 15 minute drive down the hill to town which we did multiple times. It was clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, the pool is big and stunning and the views incredible! The host was super responsive and we had zero issues during our week stay. Looking forward to coming back!

Travel group fun

We travel as a group all over and really enjoyed staying here. We did alot and had so much fun being at the house. We cooked in and ate out with no problems. The home is so easy and comfortable. So much room to hang out and relax after a full day at the winery or shopping in town. The kitchen is very well stocked as were the bathrooms. Theowners are very easy to work with and check out so easy. Highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing long weekend

As a group of friends this home was beautiful, exactly what we wanted and more! We were looking for a home with privacy for sleeping & a lot of bathrooms, but also great shared space to gather in. This home was perfect. We all had our own space but enjoyed the pool, BBQ, watching some football, and group meals. The views were lovely. And, this has what check out protocols used to be - we left the home clean but really appreciated not being asked to do things like start laundry. Very responsive hosts and excellent cooking supplies. We would all stay here again in a heartbeat.

Heaven in Healdsburg

Wow. This home is magnificent! It is modern and open with a view in every room in the house. The house is well appointed with everything you need. The hosts are wonderful and will respond very quickly to answer any questions. We visited a few wineries one day and were very happy with sterling sonoma limousine service. The sprinter van was able to drive the road up to the house easily. Would definitely stay here again. It is heavenly!!

Stunning Experience

This home exceeded all of our expectations. It's extraordinary in every way. The view is magical. The bed in the master is incredibly comfortable and the home is stocked with everything you might need. The indoor fireplace is beautiful and the sound system was a bonus! The home is very clean and has high-end luxury throughout. The owners are kind and thoughtful about communication. We're returning with a group of friends in April and cannot wait to experience the home again.

family get away

This was such a perfect house that we didn't want to leave! The house has everything you need for a fabulous, comfortable, fun family vacation. It was built with high quality furnishings and fixtures, making it a much better alternative to a hotel. It was remote enough to be quiet and in a beautiful outdoor setting. The owners gave lots of detailed information, so that there were no questions as to how to operate anything or how to navigate the route to the house. We took advantage of the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, well equipped kitchen, both laundry rooms, and even used the one tv. The layout of the house was perfect to keep the baby away from the late sleepers. We loved everything about our stay and highly recommend this property.

Perfection

Wonderful week at this amazing property. Everything in the description is accurate, however it is even better than described! It is a stunning very private location with spectacular views and a beautifully appointed house both inside and outside. Simple clean furniture, nice clean linens and towels, great sound system both inside and out. Very thoughtfully designed. There are two 'wings', which made it perfect for two families. We enjoyed days by the large pool with plenty of seating and evenings sitting by the outdoor gas fire. The property is brand new and immaculate (especially important to us during these times). The owners were a delight to work with - they provided prompt responses to emails and texts. They also called ahead of our stay to answer any questions and left lovely welcome amenities for us. Highly recommend!

Standout property in the clouds

Wow. This property blew me away!! I booked this house for a group of 12 girls for a lowkey bachelorette trip in Healdsburg and it was close to perfect as perfect gets. From chatting with Billy before and during our stay, accommodating our early check-in request with ease to the detailed instructions on directions and more we received, the communication was outstanding. The house itself is something out of a movie but more importantly it was clean, up to date, fully stocked with anything you’d need and fully functioning (even during rainy season/winter). The beds were incredibly comfortable and rooms fully furnished. There really didn’t feel like a “bad” room or amenity in the entire house. Everyone was blown away by the views both indoors and out. The one thing worth mentioning is the drive up to the house. While some of us have been to Healdsburg before, we were not prepared for the narrow windy uphill trek off the “side roads”. Coming in during a huge rain storm was a bit frightening, but we slowly got the hang of it and we were lucky with clear skies the following days. Ubers were able to pick us up from the address and drop us off as well as car services. This was not an issue (however they were pricey). Additionally, Billy was very clear about directions and recommendations for driving up in the rain and provided many safety precautions. It was well worth the hike up but be prepared! All in all, I would absolutely return to this gem of a property, and can only imag

Truly Spectacular

This is far and away the most beautiful vacation rental we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The setting, up in the hills above Healdsburg, is so quiet, and serene and the view is outstanding. Even though we live just a little more than an hour away, it felt like we were transported to some faraway forest. The house itself is beautifully decorated and appointed as are the pool and outdoor patios and hang-out spaces. This place is a 10+ and we hope to go back soon.

We fell in love with this property when we first saw it in 2016. It was everything we wanted as an escape from the city. Beautiful southern views, privacy and solitude, plenty of space to roam and explore. It took four long years, but we built our dream home with plenty of room to host our extended family and friends.
