Remodeled Ocean Front 2 BR 2 BA 5th floor Regency Towers Beach Resort condo that sleeps 8. King size bed in the Master Suite, 2 Queen Beds 2nd bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper. 1 Guest Must Be Age 21 < Exceptions for Families. This low 5th floor condo has a full kitchen, no carpet, both bathrooms and living room were completely remodeled.

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

Rental Policy:
Sorry No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

Prices shown are for 6 people we will add $125 + tax each for 7th-8th guests over age 15 to the total shown on the website.

At least 1 guest must be age 21 to check in. Groups ages 18-25 a $300 refundable Security Deposit will be added to the total shown on the website.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

PAYMENT TERM For RESERVATION REQUESTS

30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE : A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market. Final Payment must be received 30 days prior to your check in date or will be subject to potential cancellation.

LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE: The total amount due will be charged to the credit or debit card you provide including a 4% Convenience fee

Location was great, calmer end of PCB. The condo was beautiful and had everything you need. Quiet and convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here again. The beach chairs were a huge bonus! And so was Bikini Bobs.

Excellent stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. Had an absolutely wonderful time at this property and will definitely return! Have stayed at many different properties in PCB and this one was my favorite. Also seems to be very well sound proofed because we couldn’t hear any outside noise.

Needs update, repair and deep cleaning
Check in process was easy. We arrived w family and a load of groceries. Fridge was not clean and had dried sticky spills... ice maker didn’t work, but thankfully there was a countertop version. The fridge temp regulated wildly so we either had warm drinks or frozen food. Unpacking clothes saw that dresser drawers were flimsy/missing tracks so drawers just fell back and forth when opened/closed. Floors were dirty and vacuum was old and spewed a cloud of filth when used hardly picking up anything. The living room furniture was covered in stains and had flimsy coverings that didn’t stay in place. Kitchen sink backed up the second night there. Made a maintenance call, then another one the next day and finally had it repaired. Two double beds had very worn/sagging mattresses. Master bedroom bed was comfy enough, but poorly sealing window whistled like a tea kettle all night, so we both had to wear earplugs to get rest- and the screen was badly worn..visible mold in both bathrooms and window tracts. The complex amenities were nice- we enjoyed billiards on rainy days, the fitness room, food area, and the beach chairs/umbrellas were a nice perk. The little bait/booze place across the street blasted the national anthem randomly, but was a convenient place to grab bait and the Dollar General was handy for picking up supplies here and there. Our family has visited the lagoon are of PCB several times but this unit was by far the worst rental yet.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had plenty of room for 5 of us to sleep comfortably in 3 beds. The area is beautiful and quiet. We called for maintenance to report/repair because the garbage disposal wasn't working and was backing water up into the sink and dishwasher and a chair was broken. Was told they would come to repair these things but never showed up. Otherwise, we had a great vacation stay.
