We have 90, 10/10 great reviews. Her review said, “Terrible beach front property.” Interesting we let these people in a day early! See her message: “We are arriving in San Diego at 11:30 pm tonight. We were planning to couchsurf tonight, and we are so incredibly grateful that you are letting us check in early! We appreciate this so much!” After their stay we had to file a claim for 2 broken french patio doors and door frames. Hmm, a free nights stay, broken doors and a “terrible” review!! Must have been a good party!

Jim was a great host and the condo was perfect for our stay! It was well equipped and I was surprised to find fresh flowers in the living room and toiletries in the bath. The weather wasn’t great but it was still a lovely vacation.

This place was absolutely perfect! We have three kids 4 and under so co Venice was key for us. 5 steps to the beach, a walk to a lot of restaurants and close to everywhere we wanted to go! We definitely want to come back and stay again as it was so much fun!

Great location on the beach, close to great restaurants and shops, the layout was a little different than the pictures but still comfortable for our family of 6! property manager was also very helpful and responsive.

Great location. Good value.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if back in the area. The interior of the unit was as expected based on pictures. It had everything that we needed. The exterior is tired appearing, like most of the homes that are exposed to the beach and the salt. The host was really responsive.

Great Stay!

Had a great vacation with our 3-year-old. Location and view can't be beat. Plenty of house amenities including beach chairs and toys. Garage parking made getting in and out easy. Owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location

Cannot beat the location! Easy access to food, beach, etc all in walking distance. Garage parking was a plus too. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Accomodated out family of five with plenty of space.

It was great being right on the beach, the condo had everything we needed, there were plenty of food and stores nearby within walking distance. Also we were close enough to the city as well as other area attractions. Overall we had a great time.

Amazing Location

Our family had an amazing time. Location is perfect for families with kids of any age. Instant access to the beach and boardwalk and Belmont Park is steps away. Host I’m was great, very communicative and quick to respond! We will be back for sure!!!!
