Jim was a great host and the condo was perfect for our stay! It was well equipped and I was surprised to find fresh flowers in the living room and toiletries in the bath. The weather wasn’t great but it was still a lovely vacation.

Wake up to dolphins swimming in the surf as you sip on your morning coffee. Very comfortable unit and excellent location for all ages to enjoy. Owner Jim gets back to you right away and is very helpful

Great location. Good value.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if back in the area. The interior of the unit was as expected based on pictures. It had everything that we needed. The exterior is tired appearing, like most of the homes that are exposed to the beach and the salt. The host was really responsive.

This place was absolutely perfect! We have three kids 4 and under so co Venice was key for us. 5 steps to the beach, a walk to a lot of restaurants and close to everywhere we wanted to go! We definitely want to come back and stay again as it was so much fun!

Great Stay!

Had a great vacation with our 3-year-old. Location and view can't be beat. Plenty of house amenities including beach chairs and toys. Garage parking made getting in and out easy. Owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Cannot beat the location! Easy access to food, beach, etc all in walking distance. Garage parking was a plus too. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Accomodated out family of five with plenty of space.

It was great being right on the beach, the condo had everything we needed, there were plenty of food and stores nearby within walking distance. Also we were close enough to the city as well as other area attractions. Overall we had a great time.

Amazing Location

Our family had an amazing time. Location is perfect for families with kids of any age. Instant access to the beach and boardwalk and Belmont Park is steps away. Host I’m was great, very communicative and quick to respond! We will be back for sure!!!!

The place and location were amazing! Great place and location. You can't beat the view. It's also a plus to have garage parking located under the unit. The owner was quick to answer and very helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend!

FANTASTIC OCEAN VIEW

Easy access to beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, shops, etc. Beach view from the apartment was extremely relaxing. Private parking was okay, but don’t bring big vehicles. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend.
