Seasonal: Beach, Bay & Pool! Come Enjoy our Beaches This Summer at The Cove~

See & play on the bay, swim in the pool, & walk to the ocean. What more could you possibly need? Enjoy the gorgeous bay views from the balcony along with a peek of the ocean from this cozy 2bdrm/1bath condo. Featuring a full kitchen, large balcony, and one king and two full size beds. Enjoy the community pool, game room, and tennis courts. This condo is only steps away from the bay and the ocean. You can rent jet skis, paddle boards, or even apply to set up a bonfire right by the bay! The condo is located on the south end of Dewey Beach, away from the hustle and bustle but, close enough to still enjoy all that Dewey Beach has to offer. Lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy and all within walking distance. You can also hop on the Jolly Trolley, take Uber or Lyft, bike, or even walk to downtown Rehoboth!

On site coin laundry available.

Unlimited WiFi and cable TV. Roku devices available in master bedroom and living room. Electrical and USB outlets throughout.

Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow renters to bring pets.

Capacity is limited to 6 guests.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Once they have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.

Great Location, So-So Property

Overall, a bit of a letdown from previous experiences with VRBO. Loved the location between the ocean and the bay, but the condo itself was mediocre at best: somewhat rundown, not the cleanest and lacking in basic amenities. The interior photos were also a bit deceiving, making the place appear nicer than it really was. More appropriate for twentysomethings than for a family. 9am checkout seemed a bit early too. On the plus side, the realtors managing the property made the booking and check-in process easy.

We are sorry you were a bit let down. The 9am check out is due to Covid19 and the need for extra time to clean the property. The lack of basic amenities is also due to Covid19 and the need to minimize anything that may harbor and spread the virus. Also, the property gets cleaned between each guest, we are sorry you thought it wasn't the cleanest, our cleaning personnel do their best to please every guest. We are making improvements to the property and we hope you will try us again soon. We hope you had a nice trip nevertheless and that the views and weather were great

Lovely

Location, location, location! This property is in a great location between the ocean and the bay. It is clean, comfortable, and perfect for anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Great location and pool. Unit could use an upgrade, one bed was not comfortable, but overall was pleasant place to stay.

You can walk EVERYWHERE! Peak at the Beach & the Bay. Rent jet skis, paddle boats right down the street along with outside dining near by. Located south end of Dewey is less crowded than central Dewey. Pool available (restrictions in use for 2020).
