2 minute walk to 4 restaurants and small bay side beach. One block to ocean. The condo had everything you would need. Clean, plenty of space, full washer and dryer. Great location.

Place was good, lots of open space in living room and pull out sofas worked well for our kids. Only disappointment was that the main TV was broken and we couldn’t use it and the shower water was not nearly hot enough.

Great Stay

Loved all the extras of linens, pillows, towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, robes and slippers, and beach supplies! The hosts really prepared their unit with essentials for guests!

Great off-season rental

We enjoyed the property. We have two small dogs so we were happy to find a place that would host us. The location was great and the building was pretty empty due to the season. The place was very well stocked. We would definitely rent again.

Well equipped unit with all beach toys, towels, etc. very comfy king bed, nice linens and towels. Spotless unit upon checkin, comfortable feel, good tv and Wi-Fi.

The perfect location in Dewey

Loved this place! So spacious, TONS of beach stuff (towels, coolers, games, etc), walking distance to all the great restaurants and bars, and a pool on the roof to boot. Would love to come back!

Enjoyable stay

Great location and there's plenty of amenities in the unit. The only two issues we had were with the shower (specifically the shower head that needs to be replaced) and a refrigerator that beeps, constantly.

I love Dewey Beach and this condo was perfect. Short walk to the best beach in Dewey. The condo is beautiful and so comfortable. I’ll come back soon.

Wonderful stay in Dewey Beach! Condo was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of amenities!Close to bay and beach and several restaurants; we recommend The Dewey Post (3 min walk) for breakfast/coffee/chai - excellent breakfast sandwich.Small minor issues: the shower head should be replaced and refrigerator has a beeping noise.Would definitely stay again!

This was the second year we were able to rent this property and feel pretty lucky..Location, Cleanliness, ease of checking in and out such a well decorated and updated unit. This place was fantastic. Location was great too! Within walking distance of Nalu, Rusty Rudder, The Lighhouse. Other places were further down, but totally walkable. Fully stocked almost everything. Had a great beach closet. We didn’t really need to bring beach gear at all since they had everything already. Great washer/dryer set. Lots of wash towels, hand towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Loaded with kitchen utensils and Keurig coffee maker & pods, regular coffee maker, and they also had an espresso machine (which we didn’t attempt to use, but was tempted. ). 2 balconies. Couch is a pull out and the smaller loveseat is a pull out too. Also, a roof top pool! We usually look for a 2 bedroom for our family, but since we booked late, there was not a lot of inventory left. And this place did not disappoint! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This place also offered 2 parking spots! Checkin was super easy as was the checkout process. Would definitely stay here again!

A GREAT SPOT

What a great property! Can't believe how nice it is and they allow dogs. Not only do they allow dogs but they have a very nice set of water & food bowls and some treats in the cabinet. Our girl was spoiled. One of the best equipped and provisioned condo kitchens we have ever experienced. Really appreciate that there are a few things there to get you started including coffee, sweetener, spices, even a couple of sodas and waters in the fridge. The place had more linens and towels in any place I have ever been that was not a department store. A few minor things would make it perfect. First, they really need an street address number that is visible from the street. And don't be fooled by the "103" you can see from from the street the property is on. That is a street address, not a unit number and it is the wrong building. Second, in the bathroom the hot water tap handle is loose and the sink drain needs adjusting so it opens better. Not a problem at all, but might deserve some attention next time owner is there.
