This amazing NEWER home (2020) has all new furnishings. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, it boasts of outdoor living space with full deck and views of Kalamazoo Lake just across Lake Street. “Under the deck is custom-block patio with an under-deck roof”, No leaks during any rainstorm-- plus a TV with SONOS, two speakers to serve patio, natural-gas fire pit and Weber propane grill. Interior is all natural maple flooring, top quality cabinets with quartz tops, Gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances. All bathrooms have ceramic floors and showers. The Carriage house (above garage area attached to house by deck) has living area, separate bedroom, bath, mini kitchen with microwave and mini refrigerator. There is also a sleeper bed in second-story loft and in carriage house. Everything in this home is quality custom craftsmanship, with nothing held back. All TV’s in home equipped with SONOS. There is no comparison to it in the area.

A great property for a group within easy walking distance of downtown Saugatuck. Has several separate spaces where people can be together, but not on top of each other over the course of a long stay. The outdoor fireplace is a great touch, along with having enough parking space for multiple families. There are very few properties like this in Saugatuck with this perfect of a location!

Great property and location - steps to town, coffee, waterfront. Quiet back yard with fire pit and grill. Perfect bedroom space for families. Very clean and nicely appointed!Would have liked a bit more communication from the host (we had to hunt for the welcome packet) about the house and check-in/ out protocols, and perhaps just a few more on-site amenities (bathroom products, etc.).But overall a wonderful stay! High recommendation of the property.

very uniqe house. loved the addition of the separate living area. had my daughters bachlorette weekend there and i stayed in the seperate living area on top of the garage. it was so quiet there and very comfortable. The main house was amazing and exceeded all expectations. all of our need were meet above expectations. it is so close to downtowwn Sagatuck and we walked everywhere.The only thing I feel a need to mention is if 2 or more stay in the seperate living area and sleep on the pull out couch, there are no window treatments or blinds in the living area where the pull out couch is. And all 3 sides of the living area room are windows. I think it would be better to know that.

Great place near town and golfing. Awesome gas fire pit in the back and TV on the deck for watching while enjoying the fire. Will stay again.

The house is so lovely and clean and the location was perfect-just a short walk to shops and coffee and restaurants! We traveled with friends and had the best time and everyone kept saying what a great house I picked! And Tom is super responsive and helpful!

Amazing home for a big family!

Amazing property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this past weekend. The house was exactly as pictured - very clean, comfortable and the perfect location too. I’d highly recommend staying here if you have a big group and hope we can return in the future!

I purchased this property due to its spectacular location, and then designed/built this home. Also because it's a very special and unique community with lots of history. I enjoy cycling from Saugatuck to Holland on the Bee-Line Trail when I stay in town.

Location, and comfortable living space. Easy walk (0.3 mile) to restaurants and shops on Butler St in town.
Short drive to Beach and downtown Douglas. Fennville, South Haven, and Holland all within a 25 minute car ride.
