Weekend stay

Beach house was spacious. I love the kitchen and the upstairs space. Need to replace can opener, some doors dont lock and toilet seat cover on one of toilets is loose. Some more beach towels to accommodate guests would be great too. Other than that our weekend was great.

Perfect beach house

We were impressed the second we drove in, even more so once we were inside. Absolutely beautiful place, comfy beds, kitchen has everything you could ever need, game room is over the top fantastic. The view from the huge, beautiful porch of the beach is amazing, and less than 90 second walk and your feet are in the sand. Very safe area!!! Would 100% stay again!

Excellent Location

This house is so beautiful!! It has everything you need. Plenty of room for everyone and awesome views!! You have to stay here and experience the beautiful scenery and relaxation! We will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful house and a great location

This was our second stay at Flip Flops. The house isn’t huge, but the spaces are so well organized and thoughtfully used, it sleeps a lot of people. The kitchen is super well stocked and it has great baby amenities like a high chair and pack n play. The loft is a great space for kids. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing beautiful house

My group and I absolutely loved this house. We had an amazing time and got to meet the owners, which were amazing as well. You won’t be disappointed. Easy access to the beach in a small community of about 10 houses.

Beautiful and spacious property close to beach

This house was wonderful! The space is thoughtfully used with 5 bedrooms and ample dining space. The kitchen was well stocked and the house included lots of amenities for children, like plastic dishes and utensils, high chair, baby gate and pack n play. The outdoor seating and entertaining areas were thoughtfully designed and very functional. The close proximity to the beach was perfect. Absolutely recommend Flip Flop!

Walking distance to beach

This property is very big and accommodating. Fenced in back yard is a must for pets! Comfy bed and nice decor make this the perfect cabin for any weekend at the beach!

A great stay

We loved this place! Direct access to the beach with amazing sunsets and sunrises. Everything was clean and comfortable. We didn't need anything. Best to get groceries before getting to the peninsula. Only issue we had was very slow wifi. Typically we wouldn't have cared but we were there for an online conference which was challenging.

Flip Flop Fantastic

I planned a mini family reunion for our ladies only weekend visit and 2 nights wasn't enough! The beach house was perfect for our family of 7. All rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! The kitchen had more than enough plates, drinking/coffee cups and cooking/eating utensils. Tip if you plan to cook and stay more than 2 nights you will want to bring .... paper towels, trash bags, ziplock bags, foil (if you grill) cooking oils and drinking water. I mainly booked this beach house because of the covered deck facing the beach and I'm so glad I did!! The first night we arrived it was raining and we were still able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the evening! I am so glad that we were able to bring my cousins dog at the last minute, it was perfect since it had a gated area for pets! Our walk to the beach was great and didn't take more than 5 minutes. I will also say that we drove all our stuff to the beach and that was super convenient as there's a driveway to it without ever getting back on the main road. We saw lots of people with golf carts but I thought it was great to just drive my truck. I will say the only negative thing that had nothing to do with the house or property is that the beach needs some TLC in the area! If ever the owners need some help cleaning up the beach I'll gladly come back down to FLIP FLOP and stay and help for free!!
