With three bedrooms plus a bunk area for the kids, three full bathrooms and one half-bath, and an open-concept social area, this spacious condo has everything you could want for a perfect family vacation! This beautiful condo is decorated in modern blues, reds and yellows. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a table with seating and the bar has additional seating.

The primary bedroom boasts a view straight to the ocean, a king bed, and a spacious en suite master bath with a garden tub and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom also has amazing Gulf views with two twin beds and a private bath. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and private bath as well. There’s a cozy bunk area near the entry door that has twin bunks, with a centrally located half-bath by the bunk and kitchen area. There is a laundry closet in the entry hallway with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Things to Know
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is included from March to October.


All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
