Welcome to quiet Perdido Key! The Palacio unit 702 is a beautiful upgraded condo with an amazing view of the Gulf! You'll have the ultimate relaxing vacation in this beautiful condo with tile flooring throughout the living room and dining room, granite countertops, TVs, and upgraded light fixtures throughout.

Enjoy the nice breeze from the spacious, seventh-floor balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is a relaxing whirlpool bath awaiting you after a long day at the beach, shopping, or golfing. The convenience of a washer/dryer is also available. You cannot help but feel as though you are on vacation in the main bedroom with a view of the Gulf. The guest bedroom also includes a TV and DVD player.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Door was broken when we got there. Bed was hard. Needs a mattress topper. Door code did not work. Had to wait for 30min on code. Dishwasher would not fully open and could not load bottom rack. Dryer door would not go down all the way. Not stocked in the kitchen. Missing items such as plenty of cups and containers with lids. Chair in living room needs to be cleaned. Hot tub was like a heated pool rather than a hot tub

Easy access to everything

Nice room. Good time of year to plan a trip. The extra stainless table in laundry area was nice. Huge primary bathroom. Quiet location. We enjoyed our stay.

Very very nice for the price

Very reasonable price for the view and location. Very spacious floor plan. Large balcony overlooking the beach. Very nice interior decorating. Two free beach chairs and an umbrella was awesome.Will definitely be coming back here.

Great stay…but needing to pay attention to details

Condo was large and spacious. Overall the condo was clean with the exception of the hide away bed. The staff at the front desk were helpful but rarely on duty. The kitchen was not as stocked as I would have liked. We do a lot of cooking while at the beach and there were very few serving bowls and only two coffee cups. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Overall, we had a great stay here! The beach and the complimentary chairs are great! However, there are some things that could use some improvement. The door hinges were lose and made it pretty hard to open and shut the door. Also, I think that the property could use a really good deep clean. Other than that we don’t really have any complaints and we had a great stay!

The view of the beach was great from the balcony. Could have a cushion for the bench on the balcony. Ac was broke most of our stay. Washer and dryer need to be upgraded. Jetted tub needed a real good cleaning especially of the jets. But despite all our issues Matt with Vacasa was great and did everything he could to accommodate us.

Very dissatisfied with this unit

From the moment we opened the door the stench of mold was overwhelming throughout the entire condo. We had to purchase several air fresheners which really didn't help. When using the exhaust fan above the toilet it sounded like someone was moving furniture in the other room. The sink in the hall bathroom had to be handled delicately as it was pulling away from the wall. The mattress in the master bedroom was horrible. We had to run to Walmart and purchase a pillow top mattress just to find some comfort. This unit is advertised for sleeping 6 and the sofa bed mattress was unsleepable. We had to purchase a mattress pad for a little comfort. On a positive note the view from the balcony was amazing. The pool deck with two pools and hot tub we enjoyed tremendously and the beach service of chairs and umbrella was very convenient. The gentleman helping with the beach service did a great job and was very accommodating. All in all, we had a great week in Perdido Key. However we will not be back to this unit again.

Beautiful condo

One of the nicest condos we have stayed in at the Palacio. High end, modern furnishings. All things beach for the decor which we loved! Master bed was very comfortable. Big balcony with comfortable chairs. I have already looked at the availability calendar for our return!

Condo was outdated and not clean. There was no parking except across the road. Beech chairs were positioned right against each other with no privacy. Because of this loud partying was prevalent. We will not go back to this Condo!

Beach trip

The balcony was very nice with a wonderful view. Beach chairs being included were a plus. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware. Some issues with the property: no hairdryer, first time at a VRBO with no hairdryer. There were three coffee makers however no coffee filters. Supplies were minimal: only two small roles of toilet paper, no tissues, only two dishwasher detergents, no laundry soap, only two plastic trash bags, only one roll of paper towels and two very small kitchen dish towels. No foil or plastic wrap in the kitchen. Both couches were very dirty, did not sit on either one the entire time we were there. We asked the front desk about extra supplies and they said they were not responsible for additional supplies.

Unit needs work

I understand the impact of the pandemic, but if you are going to replace an appliance then do it right. The dishwasher door does not open fully preventing the bottom rack from rolling out to load/unload dishes. Caulking is unprofessional. My wife was not happy with the cleanliness of the unit, but she would have to provide the details. Access code instructions are terrible. This is an easy fix, just use a list rather than a paragraph format so that you can separate what code is for what.
