Très grand appartement à quelques centaines de mètres du Vatican

Très grand et lumineux appartement de 250 m², à quelques minutes à pied de la basilique Saint-Pierre et de la Cité du Vatican, ainsi que de la célèbre Piazza Navona. Le centre historique monumental est accessible en quelques minutes avec les bus qui s'arrêtent devant le bâtiment.
Situé au premier étage, avec ascenseur, d'un immeuble du siècle dernier, entièrement rénové.
Via Gregorio VII est également bien desservi par les bus, dont l'arrêt est situé en face de l'appartement, la station de métro est Ottaviano San Pietro.
La zone entourant le bâtiment offre des pâtisseries, des restaurants, des supermarchés, des pizzerias, des magasins de toutes sortes.
L'appartement entier est très adapté aux grands groupes, aux groupes d'amis et au tourisme religieux. Il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 28 personnes, se compose de deux grands appartements communicants et communicants qui, par une porte blindée intérieure, créent un seul grand appartement de huit chambres, deux grands salons avec TV LCD, sept salles de bain, 3 balcons , comprenant deux habitations, wi-fi gratuit dans tout l'appartement, deux cuisines entièrement équipées, avec four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et congélateur, grandes tables à manger, fauteuils et canapés pour les invités à se détendre.
Des fenêtres à double vitrage, toutes équipées de volets roulants électriques, assurent un silence parfait à l'appartement qui, bien qu'il soit au premier étage, est déjà très lumineux en soi, grâce aux nombreuses grandes fenêtres et à l'exposition sud-ouest.
Le chauffage est centralisé tandis que le système de climatisation, qui fonctionne également en hiver, est réalisé à l'aide de dix moteurs Daiking de dernière génération, extrêmement silencieux.

The communication and checking was super smooth. The apartments were clean & spacious. We only needed for 1 night but would definitely use this as a base for a large group for sure!

Centraly locates property with all the needed amenities. Check in was simple and bed were comfortable. Downstairs make the best focaccia I’ve ever eaten/ a must try!!!

House (2 apartments) were nearby the Vatican which is exactly where we wanted to be! Location was great! It's was nice having a for that joined the 2 apartments. Closer to a number of bars and restaurants along with nearby pharmacy and shops. Easy enough to get a taxi/Uber. Would have liked a few more accessories (facial tissues, body soap, shampoo).

The host was very responsive and the location was great. No dishwasher. Other than that, it was everything we were looking for. We had 17 adults and there was plenty of room.

Awesome

The property was located in a great location, easy access to so many site. The Market was located right across the street and the most friendliness bar as well that served the best food ever!!! Also right downstairs of the apartment was an awesome restaurant with such good food. Two doors down was a nice coffee shop. I highly recommend the place to stay.

Great apartment for large group!

We stayed here for three nights with a Dutch sports team - in total we were with 24 persons. The apartment easily accommodated that. It’s a combination of two apartments, so has two kitchens, each suited for approximately 10-12 people. The apartment is on walking distance of the StPieter and there’s a supermarket just across the street. We were there in February so didn’t need to use the airco system. We really loved that we were able all stay in one place, so close to the city center.

Good location, fair accommodations

Located close to Vatican City, shops and restaurants. Arrived early and check in team were super helpful. Got into both apartments timely. Showers in larger apartment were cold and no response from property owner. Able to share showers that did have hot water. Door to the smaller apartment is extremely difficult to open. Attempted to reach property owner again and no response. Had to use larger apartment to gain access. Overall, good stay. The family that owns the restaurant across the street, Ci Piace, was the best part of the stay.

Good but noisy neighbors

Good location. Close to Vatican but need taxi or long walk to all other places to see. Apartment is very spacious. Property management was accommodating with check in since our plane was late and we had change with one of the guest arriving early. The manager was able to accommodate the guests early, which was appreciated. There were no toiletry provided in the restrooms except toilet paper and hand soap. Neighbors above the apartment were very noisy past midnight. Don't complain to manager, she doesn't care. Showers are very small, it feels uncomfortable inside. Larger people will have trouble using the shower. Each room has AC which is good. Overall 3 stars.

Thank you for your review: we take the experience of our guests into great consideration because only with your feedback can we improve and offer a service that lives up to your expectations. However, we want to point out what happened because I think it is reductive to write "Neighbors above the apartment were very noisy past midnight. Don't complain to manager, she doesn't care." Maybe you did it on purpose? Yet there are enough characters to write a review. Unfortunately what happened is this: you complained about the neighbors at 9pm and you were told that up to a certain time it is allowed to have guests in the building, especially for those who live in the building and don't party every day but , he lives there. Of your entire week's stay you only complained one evening, then since we didn't do what you wanted, that is, go at 9pm and knock on the neighbors to tell them to be quiet, then you became indignant. Unfortunately we don't live there, we would have had to drive 40 minutes just to go and tell the residents in the apartment to be quiet at a time when it is not forbidden to be quiet. For this reason, for having refused to go in person to knock on the neighbors, you began to bombard us with messages trying to leverage our sense of guilt by telling us that we were not carrying out a good service, that we did not take care of you and all other rather heavy speeches, to which we have always responded in depth and giving you our arguments, also quite disappointed that you had the courage to define our service as inaccurate when we let you in before the check in time without asking you to make the payment or show us the documents because you were tired from the long journey. So, as I also wrote to you in person, I'm sorry but I don't accept disrespect. I conclude by reiterating my disappointment in reading this review in which in a few lines you try to make things look different. I remain available

Appartement spacieux très bien situé à deux pas de Saint Pierre. Bon agencement des chambres et des salles de bain pour un groupe d'une vingtaine de personnes. Ensemble propre et lumineux. Supermarché Carrefour ouvert 24/24 de l'autre côté de la rue très appréciable. Personnel efficace et professionnel à l'arrivée comme au départ.

accueil inexistant glacial sans présentation de notre lieu de résidence appartement très très bruyant le long d un boulevard très fréquenté très peu de moyen de cuisiner. exemple 2 cuisines 2 fours mais pas de plat nous avions choisi l option avec transfert a l aéroport aller et retour aller course folle entre les véhicules au retour un véhicule pour 8 personnes et un autre pour 7 personnes manque 1 place proposition 1 enfant de 6 ans entre le chauffeur et le passager sans siège ni ceinture attente 30 minutes avant l arrivée d un autre véhicule surtout ne pas choisir cette location ou nous sommes restes 8 nuitées à 16 personnes

This location was perfect for our family of 19. Sara was so accommodating and understanding when our plane was delayed and we had to change our check in. The property was very clean and in walking distance to restaurants and the Vatican.

Took several hours for apartment to cool off. Apartment was very spacious for 5 people. Showers were very small and water went all over from the shower heads. The location was within walking distance of The Vatican. Would not stay here again due to poor AC and shower situation.

Great apartment(s) in a pretty good spot

We had a great stay in two of the apartments. We were a family of 9 adults and 8 kids traveling. The place is exactly as advertised. Very spacious and with all the amenities you could need. The location was great, with quick access to the metro station, restaurants, grocery stores and taxis. The communication with the host, Sarah, was phenomenally helpful and hospitable to us. We certainly will stay here on my next visit to Rome and will recommend to all my friends and family that travel to Rome.

Rome American Football Game

The property is a great location. It is close to so many restaurants and pastry shops. We were able to easily get around the city and enjoy everything that Rome has to offer. The property was very nice with many bathrooms. The hot water didn't work in one of the apartments for three nights but it was fixed on Monday when a plumber was available. Since we had both apartments we were able to use the hot water in the second apartment. I gave this stay five stars for everything except cleanliness. The floors definitely needed a very thorough cleaning. My mom had to wash her slippers every couple of days.

Very nice property in a great location

I rented this property for a group visiting the Vatican for a symposium. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchens have everything you need. The balconies are great for meeting to reflect on the days events. The beds are comfortable. The showers work but some of the shower heads need to be replaced. I will certainly rent this property again.

Great location

Close to Vatican with a grocery store and a delicious pastry shop across the street. The only thing about the listing that I missed was about the air conditioning. Each side of the apartment has 5 units but only 3 can be on at one time. This made it very hot for two of the bedrooms during the heat wave in Rome. Staff was very accommodating with letting us pay for later check-out and arranging transportation to airport. Prior to it arrival, they also helped order a cheesecake for my son's birthday.

4 days in Rome

Clean and safe area. Enjoyed balcony. Very roomy for our large family group. Convenient to many restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walk to the Vatican.

Great apartment for a group

Booking was easy and reasonably priced. It was good not to have additional security or linen payments. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The showers were a disappointment- shower heads needed a good clean- they didn't work properly. Facilities in the kitchens were basic but, since we ate out most of the time, it was not a problem. Gianluca was very helpful on arrival. Claudia, the owner, was really good and helpful. The location was good, 15 mins from St Peter's, but it would be better to be close to a metro. The local bus did not always turn up when advertised. Transfers from the airport were efficient and cheap. The highlight of our stay was an Italian meal prepared by Marialuisa, a local chef, for a special birthday. The food was superb and very reasonable- 21 euros each for 10 of us for 3 courses, wine and water and a birthday cake. Superb! We also arranged private transport to and from the catacombs which was great.

Awesome location
