La Villa Son Forteza a été entièrement rénovée en mai 2023 après un changement de propriétaire. La maison dispose de nouveaux meubles, d'installations sanitaires modernisées ainsi que d'une isolation thermique dans le toit et les murs afin de garantir un confort de vie élevé et une efficacité énergétique améliorée toute l'année. De plus, un système de ventilation a été installé dans toutes les chambres et salles de bains.



La cuisine est équipée d'un système d'osmose pour le traitement de l'eau potable. Cela permet d'utiliser l'eau sans crainte pour boire et cuisiner, sans avoir besoin d'acheter de l'eau en bouteille.

La villa est située sur un terrain de 2 000 m² dans le quartier calme de Crestatx (Sa Pobla), entourée de végétation locale et d'arbres fruitiers. Le jardin bien entretenu offre une piscine privée (9 3,5 m) directement devant la terrasse. Il s'agit d'une piscine à l'eau salée sans ajout de chlore, particulièrement douce pour la peau et les yeux, et perçue comme plus agréable et naturelle en raison de l'utilisation réduite de produits chimiques. Des zones ensoleillées et des endroits ombragés invitent à la détente.



La maison de plain-pied offre un accès séparé à chaque pièce. Elle dispose de deux chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain attenante, climatisation, moustiquaires et volets roulants. La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger sont baignés de lumière et offrent une vue directe sur la piscine et le jardin.



Le terrain est entièrement clôturé. Il y a des places de parking à côté de la maison ainsi qu'un emplacement sécurisé pour les vélos.

La situation est idéale Palma est accessible en environ 35 minutes par l'autoroute Ma-13, Pollença se trouve à 8 km, Alcúdia à 12 km et Sa Pobla à seulement 5 minutes. Les plages, les restaurants et les activités nautiques comme la planche à voile et le kitesurf sont tout près.

Tous les paiements supplémentaires et processus d'inscription en ligne seront traités via la messagerie instantanée en dehors de la plateforme.

Tous les invités de plus de 16 ans hébergés dans des appartements de vacances doivent payer la taxe touristique. Certains portails ne la perçoivent pas, dans ce cas, ils recevront un message séparé pour effectuer ce paiement.

Remarque importante concernant la consommation d'électricité

Par respect pour l'environnement et dans le but de promouvoir une utilisation responsable des ressources, les coûts d'électricité ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de l'hébergement.

Des frais de 0,41 euros/kWh seront facturés pour la consommation d'électricité, à payer à la fin du séjour.

Un dépôt de garantie remboursable sera perçu.

Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées.

Pour se conformer aux dispositions légales, une pièce d'identité sera demandée à tous les invités avant d'entrer dans la maison.

Veuillez noter que le jardinier viendra une ou plusieurs fois par semaine dans la zone extérieure pour l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine.



À Majorque, en particulier dans les zones rurales ou à proximité de la nature, la présence d'insectes tels que les moustiques, les fourmis ou les guêpes est courante. C'est un phénomène naturel et fréquent sur l'île.

A nice week for my daughter and the grand children

We liked the garden and the pool. The accommodation was just about right for our party with plenty of space and good quality furnishings and equipment. The local area was fine with good access to the places we wanted to visit. There was no details of the local areathe villa, usually we have been provided with a book giving details of the villa, how to operate TV and other aspects of villa, for example pool lights and local amenities shops etc. There was no cold water in the main bedroom. Check out was arranged for the evening before we left but no one arrived and had to contact agent.

Lovely villa but hidden costs

Firstly the two negative points. When we booked this villa the photos showed a yoga studio and Koi Carp fish pond but neither of these are now at the villa and we noticed those photos have now been removed from the listing. Also it wasn’t mentioned in listing that you have to pay for the electricity. We limited our use of electric, never used the dishwasher or air conditioning and paid £57.92 for a week! The villa is lovely and spacious and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area with easy access to travel anywhere. The outside area is lovely with plenty of visits from the local wild life. This is not the cheapest villa we have stayed in but feel electricity should be included in the price however we would recommend staying here.

Nous avons été enchanté par cette propriété qui dispose d'une belle maison entièrement climatisée, d'une belle piscine et d'un magnifique jardin où il est facile de trouver de l'ombre lors de fortes chaleurs.

Sehr gut und neu ausgestattete Küche - es fehlt an nichts. Hochwertige Möbel in allen Zimmern. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Dekoration. Sehr gute technische Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage (brauchten wir nicht) und Heizung. Toller Pool direkt vor der Terrasse und ein sehr schön angelegter, großzügiger Garten. Sehr zu empfehlen! -

One week at Son Forteza

Son Forteza is a beautiful villa set in a lush garden with a lovely pool. It was a great size for three couples to share and we enjoyed our week there very much. Highlights included eating the fresh figs from the garden, morning yoga in the air conditioned studio, eating outside in the dining area and relaxing around the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean and having a bathroom each was a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing food and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby (a car is essential to get around). The villa does lack instructions on where to find things and local recommendations which would have been helpful. This led to us being unable to find the lights for the pool until the very end of our holiday! The villa would benefit from some new equipment such as a new coffee maker and kettle as both are very lime scaley and slow. We can recommend hiring a boat for the day from Alcúdia or other ports and going snorkeling and swimming in stunning coves. We can also recommend climbing the Puig de Maria and stopping at the restaurant in the Monastery for fresh orange juice and delicious almond cake. There is also a dramatic walk through the valley to Cala Boquer which starts very close to Port de Pollença. Lots more goats and birds of prey to see if you are lucky. All in all we would recommend a stay here : )

Ruhige Lage unmittelbar vom Strand

Das Haus hat ausgesprochen großzügige Platzverhältnisse. Die Lage ist hervorragend und verbindet ruhige Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Grundsätzlich ist die Ausstattung hochwertig, bedarf jedoch an einigen Stellen der Renovierung. Die Ausstattung mit dem notwendigsten für den Haushalt könnte besser sein. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr aufmerksam, die Rückmeldungen erfolgten immer in kurzer Zeit.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben als Familie 7 Tage sehr genossen. Die Finca ist sehr geräumig, sauber und super eingerichtet mit einem netten Willkommengruss. Vermisst haben wir nur einen Besen mit Schaufel/Staubsauger fürs gelegentliche Kehren. 😊 Die Verwaltung war auch super freundlich und unkompliziert .

wundervolle Finca in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir (Familie mit 3 jährigen Kind und Großeltern) hatten einen wundervollen, traumhaften Urlaub in der Finca Son Forteza. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Alltag benötigt. Toll war auch der neuwertige Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel-Maker und Trinkwasser. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem (überhaupt nicht durchgelegen). Der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet mit vielen Schattenplätzen zum relaxen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation als auch der Empfang durch eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort lief problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen definitv wieder.

Great villa- pity about the ANTS!!!!

We were 4 adults and 3 children and on arrival we thought the villa was wonderful. It was well furnished and bedding and towels were top notch. The pool was suitable for our grandchildren ages 5,4 and 18 months and the garden was wonderful, with a great variety of plants, shrubs and trees. The only downside of this villa is the infestation of ants. They were everywhere! Not just on the patio but in every room in the house. We reported the problem and measures were taken speedily to resolve the issue. But the ants remained stubborn and were even on our clothes in the wardrobe. So disappointing as everything else was spot on. The problem really needs sorting to enable guests to fully enjoy their holiday.

Anyway we are sorry about the problem with the ants, but happy that you've enjoyed you holidays in Son Forteza. As you know, when you choose a house surrounded by the nature some kind of insects as the ants may appear inside of the house. Usually they are not a big deal, just little harmless animals walking aimless or looking for little pieces of food. But we recognize that we couldn't do more even when we tried our best to solve it.
