Maison de ville en pierre entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e avec une licence touristique complĂšte, le 17 Calle Cifre est situĂ© dans la vieille ville de Pollensa, sur une route sans issue calme. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e il y a une nouvelle cuisine / salle Ă  manger, un salon avec Smart TV, une chambre et salle de bains. La piscine carrelĂ©e est accessible par des portes-fenĂȘtres de la cuisine. La piscine a des siĂšges mous, des chaises longues, et est plantĂ© d'agrumes, vignes et autres grimpeurs. Il y a une zone fermĂ©e avec parking privĂ© pour 1 petite voiture. L'arriĂšre de la maison est au sud-ouest afin reçoit le plein soleil Ă  partir de 11h. A l'Ă©tage, deux chambres doubles avec salles de bains privatives. La chambre principale ouvre sur une grande terrasse avec des arbres de siĂšges et d'oliviers doux. La terrasse est parfait pour le cafĂ© du matin ou le soir, avec un verre de vin que le soleil se couche sur les montagnes. La maison a 300mb wifi et il y a la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, et le chauffage central. S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NOTE que la maison ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 12 ans.

We had a fabulous time, location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. Hosts Sasha & Ian were great, shared lots of good info / tips on what / where to go / do. Parking was fine for our ford fiesta.

Lovely town house in perfect location

We had a lovely week staying in Sasha’s town house in Pollenca. The weather was very hot for late September and so the outside terrace and pool were perfect. The house is in a great location and is just a short walk from the old town and all the shops and restaurants

Fantastic!

What a gem of a place! We stayed for 2 weeks with our children and couldn't have wished for a better base for our trip. The house is in a fantastic location close to the centre of Pollensa, and the facilities were perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was very useful to have a washing machine to use while we were away. Looking forward to visiting again!

We spent a wonderful few days at Sasha’s house in Pollensa. The house has lots of rustic charm and all the comforts you need - a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a pool that was perfect for relaxing, the car parking was an added bonus (thankfully we hired a Mini as it’s a bit tight) plus a few local cats who clearly run the show. They popped by daily for sunbathing tips. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll be in heaven. If not, just guard your prawns! The setting is wonderfully peaceful; we felt far removed from the hustle, yet it is only a short stroll away from shops, nice restaurants.We’d happily come back — great value for what you get.

Calle Cifre is such an amazing house on every level. It is everything and more. The pool was perfect and having a parking space with the house took the stress out of trying to find a spot to park. Sasha, the host, is amazing and was always available if needed. We will be definitely be back next Summer.

Beautiful home walking distance to the centre

We rented this lovely little house for nearly 6 weeks ad loved every minute! Sasha was an amazing host with great communication and a good source of local info. The house is within a 5 min walk to the centre of this beautiful town, where a wide range of restaurants and bars can be found. The bus takes you to the port for a couple of euros, or Palma if you want a city vibe. the house itself has everything you would need, including parking for a small car and little pool to cool off in the summer sun. Highly recommend.

A relaxed week in the old town of Pollença

It was great to spend a week in an authentic atmosphere in the old town of Pollença. The villa was a few minutes walk from Placa Major, the center of the town. The villa and its location were very suitable for a romantic get-together. The weather in October was sunny and warm, so lucky. A funny surprise were the cats, which climbed on the roofs and sometimes accompanied the villa along the atmospheric streets. Tip - if you want to arrive by car, give up the idea of arriving in a limousine :)

Wir haben ein wundervolles Haus vorgefunden. Es ist genauso wie beschrieben. Liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtet. Und es ließ wirklich keine WĂŒnsche offen. Ab zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto: es sind so viele wunderschöne Dinge zu sehen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und die Zeit scheint stehen geblieben zu sein. Wer ein echtes Mallorca sehen möchte, sollte hier hinkommen.sasha War unglaublich nett und hat uns mit allen Fragen geholfen. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Sasha's house. This was our first time on Mallorca and we're so glad to have found this terrific place. The house and terrace were very clean and well taken care of. The quiet, yet central location is amazing and allowed us to easily discover beautiful Pollensa. Communication with Sasha could not have been better and we hope to be back. Beautiful stay in the heart of Pollensa!

With a few special birthday's in the family we were looking for a perfect place to celebrate. Having spent many a happy holiday in Mallorca we were delighted to find Sasha's beautiful home in the heart of Pollensa, a stone throw away from the Calvari steps and main square, packed to the brim with restaurants and bars. I would love to highlight how helpful Sasha was ahead of and during the stay - she truly is a fantastic host! We loved our stay and cannot wait to visit again!

A slice of heaven !!

We rented this property after visiting pollenca a few years ago. What a find this house was! The house was beautifully set up and within walking distance to all the amenities, eateries and bars of the old town. The beds were super comfy and two lovely terraces to sit on 
 one being slightly too hot for the weather we had nonetheless all stunning! Fresh towels and lines after our first week and access to washing machine and a dishwasher always a bonus !! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this off Sasha again who was more than superb host! Thank you Sasha my 50th birthday was lovely xx

Perfect house

As per the other reviews, the house is perfect for 2 friends, 2 couples or a family needing 2 large en suite doubles and a single room (downstairs). The outside area is lovely, 2 sun beds, sofa area and of course the essential pool. It’s a 1 min walk to the little shop that has bread and a few basics and a 5 min walk to the main square . Incredibly quiet until you get there - only a few cats and a couple of people mostly, so it’s a very peaceful location. We were intrigued by the ‘small car’ warning, but the space (through the large sliding rear gate, by the pool) was much bigger than my fears had painted it! True though that a long car would not fit - we had a Fiesta sized car and it left about 1ft in total between the gate and pool wall, fine. Sasha was very communicative and has clearly spent time making the house nice - sharp knives and big tea mugs in a rental are rare finds! Would highly recommend.

Wundervolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Calle CifrĂ© 17 ist ein wirklich tolles Haus mit einer sehr schönen und stilvollen Einrichtung. Es ist super gelegen - man ist schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum. Der Parkplatz ist mit einem kleinen Auto gut befahrbar. Das kleine Auto ist aber vor allem wichtig, um ĂŒberhaupt durch die engen Gassen von Pollença kommen..;-) Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können uns sehr gut vorstellen hier bald wieder Urlaub zu machen.

Excellent place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay, it had everything we needed. Very clean, spacious inside and the pool is excellent. Lots of outside space to sit and relax too. It’s in a great spot as it is a very short walk into the centre of Pollenca. The only drawback for us was the parking
.. it is a very small space and involves some very tricky manoeuvres to get in and out. Get the smallest hire car that you can!

Beautiful house in great location

Calle Cifre is a beautifully presented house with all that one could need for a relaxing holiday. The location is quiet and yet only a few minutes from the centre. We would love to return one day.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

17 Cifre has got it all. It's peaceful, the local kids play in the street. There's tons of sun and lovely mountain views. It has a a pool, lots of plants, brand-new everything on the inside, and a clean decor - but not the kind where you worry about where to set your cup down :) It also has private parking - a rare bird indeed in the old town. Our favourite part, however, are our lovely Mallorquin neighbours who, despite our rudimentary Spanish (and no Mallorqui) have made us feel welcome.
