This stunning condo offers a beautiful view of the Tropical Gardens and Pools, with a decor inspired by the beach. The unit underwent a remodel in December 2024 & January 2025 to include all new living room furniture, drapes, and brand-new artwork. Adorned in soothing shades of blue, green, and gray, unit C500 is designed for comfort and relaxation. The unit boasts an open floor plan that leads to a private, spacious balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and elegantly tiled floors. All necessary dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to make meal preparation and serving effortless. The dining area features a large table for gatherings. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a twin bunk area. The open living room includes a loveseat, along with a TV and DVD player. A full bathroom is conveniently located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, a TV, and a DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. For added convenience, the home includes a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
