Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, this magnificent high-rise is within walking distance to more than eight miles of unspoiled nature preserve. Enjoy spectacular views and luxurious interior appointments including baths with curved marble, garden tubs with whirlpool, ceramic tile, washer/dryer appliances and some units with wet bars.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 12.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Completely worth our money!

As a large family, we really enjoyed our stay. Our view was amazing, we were literally right on the beach, and the kids loved the pool. the condo was clean and ready for us before the specified check in time. We do plan on visiting again!

The building was well maintained. The condo was not. The furniture was old and dirty. The condo was also dirty. The floors weren’t clean. The linens were clean. I would not rent this unit again!

The condo was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I always book a gulf front condo for the view and this one did not disappoint. The pool is large and I witnessed it being cleaned 3 times on our 4 day stay. There's also a lap pool and hot tub. The elevators were busy but fast. My only gripe would be the beach chair service, not the people working for the company, they were great. Everyone of course wants a front row set up next to the water, but that's impossible. There are only so many spots. As guest check out you move closer to the front, which in our case, ended up being our last day there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The unit is spacious and clean but the building is quite dated. The only two elevators took forever

Absolutely awesome!!!

We knew from reviews and pictures this was a nice place, but were surprised at the awesome view from the balcony and master bedroom. The place was immaculately clean and stocked with what we needed to get started on vacation. Another excellent part of this stay was that beach service was included and it was simple to get the service booked for the week.

GREAT place to stay!!!

I loved this location! Perfect view off the balcony. Clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff also made sure we were comfortable which made it an enjoyable experience! Will be back!!!!!

Nice condo

Very nice location and view of the beach. The pool area is excellent as well. The room was spacious for our group of 8 people and the balcony was beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Beach paradise

The room was beautiful the beach is absolutely gorgeous but what sells this place most of all is the homeowners association and the people that work there we had our wedding there on the beach it was gorgeous came off without a hitch they were cooperative at every turn both with setting up for the wedding contingency plans and admitting our guests it is located on Perdido key which is the beautiful beautiful beach without all the commercial build up behind it but still all the conveniences within a brief walk I would recommend it to anyone

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was really nice, bit small in the kitchen but we made it work:) the pool was great! Loved that they have good security throughout the day. Only issue with the condo was that they did not supply any linen/bedding for the pull out sofa and I ended up having to purchase some myself.

We loved the layout of the condo. The mattresses were great. However, you can tell this is strictly a rental - TV’s severely outdated, furniture looks like it has not been replaced in 10 years (however was comfortable), and the balcony really needs a lounge chair or two. I would rent in this Building in the future but would not rent 1205.

Nice condo

The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We were not given the gate code to park across the street or the code to get in the door after hours. Thankfully someone else let us in. There were no extra blankets in the condo. The toaster would not work.

Great Stay!!

We loved the location and exclusivity of the beachfront we were provided with! Many amenities and beautiful views! The location is very convenient; a short trip to superstores and tons of amazing local restaurants. Directly across the street is a lovely shopping center and extra parking. The staff is always very friendly and helpful! Our room was BEAUTIFUL and spacious; sleeping 8 of us EASY!

Two swimming pools...Loved the heated pool! You need to be aware for this property, beach service is included in rent, but only two chairs and 1 umbrella are provided. Additional chairs are $13/day. You cannot use your own beach chairs and seating locations on the beach are reserved/assigned.

Our only complaint was the room wasn’t ready when we arrived shortly after 4:00. The cleaners were still working. They finished up around 4:30.
