Welcome to the amazing Snowcreek IV â this complex has beautiful grounds, stunning mountain views and a creek in the front yard! This townhome is the ultimate place to enjoy your next Mammoth vacation! This is a great family location â pet friendly, safe, quiet, and peaceful.
This property offers easy self-check-in, free parking, Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, private BBQ, and year-round access to the jacuzzi.

About the Space:
Located in the beautiful Snowcreek IV, this townhome is in an extremely desirable neighborhood with a park-like setting, mountain views, and a creek running in the front yard! You will immediately feel immersed in nature. This charming 1633 sq. ft. 2-story home comfortably sleeps 10 people and 2 dogs, with 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 full bathrooms, making for the perfect mountain retreat. The home feels spacious with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and an open living area. The living room offers a new comfortable couches (one of which has a queen sleeper), flatscreen TV, wood burning fireplace to keep warm during the cold winter months, and a private patio with BBQ, overlooking the beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is fully stocked, making a perfect space to cook a delicious meal for the whole family.
There are three bedrooms on the main level. The first bedroom is the âmaster bedroomâ offering vaulted ceilings, a Cal-King-sized bed, ample closet space and dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with separate vanity and tub/shower. This bedroom has views of the creek from the window. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet and dresser, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom and loft. The shared bathroom is located in the hall, directly outside of the second bedroom; it has a separate vanity and tub/shower. This room offers beautiful mountain views from the window. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet and dresser space, and a sliding glass door allowing access to a patio outside with incredible views of Mammoth Mountain. In the downstairs hallway is the private, in-unit laundry. Upstairs from the living area and kitchen is a spacious loft, equipped with two single beds, and a dresser. There are TV's with either cable, Chromecast, or Smart TV capabilities in every room.
This property is also close to the Snowcreek Athletic club which offers day passes and a host of activities. Just outside of the complex, on the main road, is the town bike bath, and free town shuttle stop, making easy access to the mountain and the entire town.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches.
